The technicians were on time. They got right to work. When they encountered a problem with a part (that was ordered from a local home improvement store), they acted quickly to get it resolved.

I will definitely recommend Merz to friends and family. Their work is great and prices are fair.

I needed the TXV to be replaced on my air conditioning unit , another company quoted $1500 , then said they would do it for $ 1261 if I signed up for monthly plan. Merz fixed it for half of that. Everyone is very friendly , honest and very professional. I highly recommend Merz.

Josiah came out and replaced a couple valves and a toilet flange and also answered some non-plumbing related questions. I was very pleased with the service. Thank you Merz!!

Had a Merz technician come out and look at my house. He said he would quote me to install central AC because I did not have it. I was told I would receive a quote that same week. Hadn’t heard anything for 2 weeks, so I called back and they told me they would get back with me that day. Been over a month now, and still haven’t heard anything, so I’m guessing my quote was forgotten about. I also paid a $40 fee for them to come out and quote me, so I lost money on that as well…

The two young men came to install a new toilet for us and remove the old one. They did their job quickly and efficiently without any mess all the time while our two great grandchildren talked to them. Very personable to have them. Every time we’ve have Merz come for different calls, we’ve had great service. We highly recommend this business.

They did a good job and answered all my questions and cleaned up everything before they left. I am having all my Heating Plumbing and Air Conditioning from now on done by Merz.

I called Merz in the morning because I didn’t have any hot water. They came the same day and fixed my issue in about 30 minutes. I have had them out a number of times the last 3 years. I am always satisfied with the work that was done. The prices seem fair also.

Our AC unit was having a hard time keeping up with the extreme temps outside this week. Yesterday, our house was up to 78 degrees, despite it being set at 70. With 2 small kids, this was not ideal. I called Merz in the late afternoon and they had someone out to our house within 15 minutes. The technician, Brandon, was professional and thorough. He found the problem, fixed it quickly and efficiently, and told us we should see an improvement by morning. Our house was back down to 70 degrees this morning (I was actually even chilly!) Thank you, Brandon and Merz Plumbing, Heating & Cooling!

My wife and I had an issue with her hot water heat boiler. It was dripping water from a pressure release valve. We called another company initially to come out and give us an estimate. The technician they sent was rude and told us we basically needed an entire new boiler which would cost over $8,000. We called Merz for a second opinion. Their technician Gregg showed up and was incredibly polite and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue, drove back to his shop to get a part for the repair, drove back to my house and fixed the issue for only $230. This is the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. My wife and I are very excited to know the we have a plumbing company that we can count on to do great work and be fair with their price.

As a small business owner, Merz has taken great care of me as a customer. Their pricing is fair and their work of high quality. Other companies seem to only want the big fish with sky high pricing. I would highly recommend Merz for all your plumbing and HVAC needs!

Merz is a great local company. They’re highly responsive and helpful. When our water heater started leaking, they came out the same day we called to replace it. We won’t use anyone else for our plumbing and heating needs.

They changed the washer box and valves within 3 hours. The service rep was absolutely excellent! We’ve used Metz Plumbing for everything from a back up sump pump to a new basement sewage pit pump. They have always provided us with great service.

Always above and beyond! I wouldn't hesitate to refer a friend. Nothing at our house is simple, and they work with you. They've done 2 different jobs for us, and a 5 both times. Ran gas line for our stove, and replaced a leaky outdoor facet. We figured they would reschedule the facet, as the weather was WINTER in all its glory. They showed up and did the job!!

I was having an issue with my furnace and wanted to use a local company. Merz was recommended by a friend and they are close to where I live. I had the pleasure of having Brandon for my Tech. Super nice, friendly guy. Liked him right away. He was able to figure out my problem in record time and got me taken care of. I would definitely use them again.
