Merz repaired gas leaks and fixed a water heater back drafting issue at my house and did a great job!

Wanted to say Thanks to the Merz Team for getting our furnace back up and running so quickly yesterday.
We woke up to freezing temps. and our 8yr. old furnace would not turn on. I called Merz shortly after 8 am and they informed me that they already had a list and would get to us asap.
The technician found the problem, picked up the new part and we had heat in approximately 3 hrs.

The coldest night of the winter our furnace failed. We called Merz the next day. They promptly diagnosed that the heat exchanger was cracked and a total replacement was necessary.

Merz added an outdoor natural gas line for a new grill I recently purchased. They were on time and made the installation quickly and efficiently. Dan went above and beyond to hide a portion in the run beneath the steps. I was very pleased with the courteous and friendly service coupled with quality workmanship. I recommend Merz and would use them again.

Our experience with MERZ as a service provider has been wonderful. They are great communicators and they are always very friendly and efficient. They get the job done quickly every time with a smile on their face. We've had them out to our SW Fort Wayne home for several different reasons including heating and air and plumbing issues and they always do a phenomenal job diagnosing and fixing the problem. They are also cost conscious with their customers. I've never felt overcharged for anything they've done. And they make us feel cared for as clients which is why they keep our return business. Merz repaired our furnace last Spring, and replaced our water heater with completive pricing. They did a great job. Instead of giving the customer an option they typically give multiple. I also had my water shut off replaced by them, and they did so in a timely manner. They also came back to resolve another issue when the washer drain show off my pilot light. I feel bad about that because days later I reviewed my backyard cameras, and the drain problem was likely caused by someone else.

They made the process simple and easy from start to finish. Their prices were very reasonable. We called on a Friday and they were there Monday morning working and had the job done that day. Very polite and professional. They left our space looking better then they found it. We are very pleased with the quality and service we received and would highly recommend this company.

Very professional and knowledgable, he replaced my dryer vent in no time and troubleshooted the rusty basement drain concerns I had.
Update: the old iron basement drain was removed and replaced with PVC, which will make it a lot easier to add a washing machine drain when that happens. Wonderful work and no issues. Thanks!
Update 2025: washing machine and utility sink drain added to the main drain, laundry machines and sink all set up, fantastic!
