Great Job and the Guys cleaned up all the debris!

I gave them 1 star because I couldn’t give them 0 stars. Made a mess…came out and saw they saw they made a mess…then scheduled to come back and now they’ve gone silent on me…I don’t think I would ever ask them to work for me again and I wouldn’t recommend that anyone hire them. No integrity whatsoever.

Easy to contact, great communication, and a job well done on what was needed to clear a fallen tree.

We had A1 Tree & Property Specialists cut down a tree for us January 31, 2023. They were on time, left the area cleared after they were done. Very satisfied with the work and will call them again when we need another tree cut down.

This company is AMAZING!!
I was given multiple quotes, one almost $10,000 and they beat everyone with their affordable prices.. They cleaned up my yard so well, and got all the branches down. I had branches by communication lines and power lines, and they didn't bat an eye..

This company ROCKED! I had 3 massive oaks and 1 hickory with a broken limb over my home. This tree service knocked it out in 3 DAYS. I thought I week max, but he and his crew killed it. Plus the yard looks spotless and I don't have to worry about any limbs through the roof! Thank you!

He performed the work within 4 days after and the crew was great. Alex, JB, Theo, Mel and Tom were hustlers. Got the job done and cleaned up great.

Hired A1 to trim 2 trees in my front yard. Nick and his partner came out, were very respectful and professional. I was very pleased with the work and the price and I'm definitely going to hire them again to do some work in my back yard.

The price was fair for being in the off season. What I am disappointed in, is I don’t think we got the service that all of these reviews are saying they got. When bringing up things we were unhappy with, instead of trying to figure it out or listen to where we were coming from as customers Joseph just became argumentative with us. The clean up was horrible and we watched his guys drop a big part of the tree on an outside table we use just for BBQ, crushing the tables framing knocking the table down. There is a huge gash in our pool lining from a big tree piece they cut that fell. That piece of tree is still laying next to our pool. The stump was not fully removed he claimed because of not being able to get his grinder in that area to get it all out. Which is fine if that’s the case but again he should have brought that up when he finished the job and collected the balance of what we owed him. He took down my fence, without previous discussion of it needing to be done, to remove our tree. He agreed to put it back at no additional cost to us because of that. That fence that his carpenter put back up has fallen over and he doesn’t seem to be responsive or interested in wanting to get it resolved. He proceeded to tell us how little he made on the job and how he should’ve charged us so much more explaining how we got such a good deal and should be thankful. We are appreciative of the price but that doesn’t mean we should get subpar service because again Joseph agreed to the price. Also, as his customer, we shouldn’t hear things about how little money he made or how much our job should’ve cost us etc. At this point, all I want is our fence fixed and to be done with the rest. And now of course he is refusing to come fix what his carpenter failed to do because I put up my reviews. I have now been ghosted. Horrible service and I hope no one else gets treated like this by Joseph. He has a lot of growing up to do if he wants to be successful long term in this business, very immature.

Joey & his guys were great! I posted about needing a tree cut down on Facebook and our cousin referred them to us. We were able to get a reasonable quote that night over the phone and his crew was out here the following day. All were very polite, professional, and cleaned up much more than they needed too!!! We will definitely be using them again!!

I called A1 and made an appointment for today at 3 pm. Here it is 6pm and not a call or a show. I get everyone is busy and time is valuable but my time is just as valuable. So now I will look elsewhere, would not recommend !

I contacted A1 tree and Property to service 2 trees in my front yard as they were working on another house on my block. The crew was soooo nice and respectful. They also made sure to clean up the debris. I can't wait to see my trees bloom this spring. I will definitely use this company in the future. Thanks guys!!!!!

I had a horrible experience. Very unprofessional. They did not cut the tree down to the agreed height, destroyed my yard, left my property extremely unsightly filled with excess dirt, saw dust and branches, left the gutters on the house and garage filled with tree branches and saw dust, left a ton of large tree branches blocking the alley and destroyed the concrete walkway. They made no attempt to clean up after themselves. I now have a lot of clean up and rebuilding costs after there work and now the owners will not return my calls or texts.

I had an old 75-foot elm leaning right over my house and garage. The A1 Tree guys managed to get that entire tree down without doing any damage to the house or garage, or even the other nearby trees. It was amazing to watch them lower giant hunks of tree carefully down into the narrow open spaces between house, garage, and other trees. Very skillful work at a reasonable price. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward, too. All the crew members were polite and professional. I will be hiring them again for more tree work in the future.

Joseph and his two guys took down 2 massive trees at our new home in Goodland. They were busy the moment they arrived and until the job was done. They did a great job! We are so grateful they were able to get the 2 trees down quick and safely! Joseph grinded 1 stump and will be back in a few weeks to do the other one since he was having problems with his machine which is absolutely no problem. They were great at communicating and their pricing was more than fair, almost felt too good to be true. They left a good amount of wood like asked for fires. I would 100% recommend Joseph and his crew to do your tree trimming, removal and stump grinding! You won’t be disappointed! Pictured are the 2 trees taken down and after!

I am so thankful that we were able to have a professional company manage the tree removal process. We had two trees cut down, and a large oak limb removed from our garage roof due to storm damage. My husband, and I, have dealt with many tree services over 30 years of being real estate investors, and look forward to Evans being our go to! If you are looking for a knowledgeable arborist, and precise, professional tree service under one umbrella this is it. If you need detailed estimates, and invoices for business purposes, their back office systems will more than satisfy your needs. For the first time, we enjoyed working with a tree company, and are scheduling more work with Evans Tree Care.

They did a beautiful job. The employees are so kind. Not only did they trim and cut my trees, they helped me with my pool cover out of pure kindness. I'll never forget them all for that.
