Based on the reviews I found, I knew this was the place I needed to hire to help clean my home. I'll be honest, the first person they sent out didn't do a great job but after some feedback, MaidPro offered to fix this at no cost to me and now my home is exactly how I expected it to be! Customer service is fabulous and if you can, ask for Lauren. Her attitude was great and she really put in some hard work.

Randee does an amazing job! She cleans EVERYTHING in a room. We have all white baseboards and cabinets with a 15month grandson and two big dogs and everything sparkles when she is done. I love how clean my home is when she is done and the fresh smell when I walk in.

My service was on 10/24/23. L and H were very friendly and hard working. They work very well together and got my house back to clean and orderly in 3 hours (it would’ve taken me several days on my own). I have an elderly kitty and it was so sweet (and much appreciated!) that they were so mindful of where she was before turning on the vacuum to keep from scaring her. I’m very happy with my service.

I found MaidPro on Internet search for a 1-time maid service for cleaning of bathroom, large (empty) walk-in closets, and door frames and floor boards in 2 rooms.

Scheduling was fast and easy. They even provided a 'fill-in' when the originally scheduled maid was finishing up on a longer job so there would be no delay in start time for me.

Communication was excellent. All staff were pleasant and professional (phone, in person, text messaging).

They pointed out areas that needed service which they do not provide (caulking) or could not get clean. Workmanship was efficient and meticulous! They finished within the 4-hour time frame I had booked.

I highly recommend Maid Pro professionals for residential and estate cleaning services.

I use to be super hesitant about the idea of someone cleaning my home, life has gotten super busy leaving me to decide between extra time with my kids or spending the day deep cleaning. I decided to look into a cleaning service and heard about MaidPro. They have been a lifesaver and given me back that extra time with my kids without being worried that my house needs a deep clean. I have been having them come once a month and they do an amazing job going above and beyond! Definitely recommend!

My Mother passed away and I hired MaidPro for a deep cleaning of the home after we had emptied it out. They sent various teams over throughout the day to address all the areas. Later, when I went over to check it out, I saw many areas that shone and actually exceeded my expectations, but I noted that some areas seemed to have been missed. This is a large home that had many years of big family living, and now that it is empty, it is apparent that many areas are in need of TLC. I recognized it as a genuine oversight and contacted MaidPro to address my concerns. I spoke with Holly at the Northwest Indiana office and my experience has been outstanding! She is professional, courteous, intelligent and caring. We were able to reach an agreement that was mutually beneficial. The next day, another team came out and concluded the cleaning. It gives us all such joy to see Mom and Dad’s home shine so brightly! I will definitely be contacting them again for any future cleaning needs! Thank you, MaidPro!

Every step of the way, from Holly answering my numerous questions, providing multiple detailed quotes that included more services at a better price than the competition, to the Team working with excellence by providing a thorough clean, within the time quoted and were friendly, professional people. They even asked for us to inspect their work, and offered to redo any part if needed, but everything in the House, including a sweep of the unfinished basement, was really top notch work. This was a two person crew - one seasoned person and one new employee. They were courteous and polite. They were thorough in completing the cleaning tasks. Regrettably, while cleaning the overhead dining room lights, one of the chain links broke. the maid informed me immediately; she took photos and informed her management. I have since filed a claim and Maidpro is taking steps to remedy the issue. Overall, I am satisfied with the performance of this team and would certainly welcome them back when I have the need for a cleaning team.

I recently had my home deep cleaned by Olivia. She did a fantastic job. She was professional, thorough and friendly the trifecta of customer service. Maidpro you are lucky to have Olivia on your staff. She represented you well. I must add Maidpro is top notch with customer service.

Imagine calling yourself a "PRO" without cleaning the basics areas for which you are more than well paid. Not to mention that there were three of them. Two were "PROs", and one person was in training. We paid $420 for two hours of cleaning. And it is not a problem to pay that amount of money if the work was done properly. Over the phone and when their team arrived, we agreed to pay attention to the dust because we had a problem with the dust coming out of the vents and we wanted a detailed cleaning of the house. Imagine paying $420, without them wiping the dust from the shelves in the living room (and not one shelf, but all 4), not to mention the other areas that were not cleaned. They answered that we are human and we make mistakes. I absolutely agree that mistakes happen, but this many mistakes are unacceptable, especially for that amount of money! So people, don't let the reviews and the name “PRO” deceive you! Before you choose anyone to clean your house, do some good research! I do not recommend this company to anyone!

We were very happy to have Alyssa and Areana again for our scheduled cleaning today! From the time they entered the front door, they were ready to get to work. Even though they got to our house in the afternoon after cleaning 2 other homes, they displayed the same energy as if we were the first cleaning of the day! They were very attentive to our cleaning requests for each room of the house and fulfilled them to our great satisfaction. We hope to see them again for our next cleaning.
