I've been using TCA for a couple months now. Overall they have done a great job with cleaning up the house. Every cleaning they focus on different areas so your house gets deep cleaned in sections.

This week Alexis and Haylee cleaned my house. They did a great job working around renovations in the home and spent two hours cleaning about 3000 sqft. They vacuumed, dusted, and scrubbed surfaces, toilets, and floors and managed to get the whole house done pretty efficiently.

On the past I run into a few issues with cleaning (as I think everyone does; nobody's perfect). When I contacted the owner about it they offered to fix the problem the next day, offered to pay for anything that was damaged, and overall were very responsive to my complaint.

The pricing structure is fair and you can add sections of your home for special cleaning. For instance, my basement is an add-on to my cleaning cost that I can choose to add or remove from my cleaning appointments. Essentially, you can make rooms "a la carte" so they're not cleaned all the time, but rather whenever you want them to be cleaned.

Overall I'd recommend TCA - the cleaners are professional and courteous, the price is reasonable, and customer support is great.

Ashley and the team that have been cleaning my house are wonderful! They are super thorough, very friendly and trust worthy. While they bring their own cleaning supplies, they will use some of my favorite products if I ask them to. They are also super flexible if one time I don’t need a room or two cleaned (& the price is adjusted by the owner.) I really like the rotation system that they use so that on each cleaning, in addition to the regular cleaning, they focus on a certain area. For example, last week, they focused on the kitchen floor and grout and I swear you could have eaten off of my floor! Highly recommend!

Areana & Liz cleaned the house today and did a great job. Floors are spotless and everything looks super clean. I enjoy having them come each week - they are always upbeat and do a thorough job.

The cleaning authority did such a great job taking care of our home. Being sick for the past week with a puppy - I had no energy to clean. Thankfully, Nicole & Mia did a wonderful job right before we host our Christmas party tomorrow. Very detailed - especially since my dog sheds everywhere! Cant thank them enough!

Best cleaning service we ever hired. The ladies who cleaned our home were very friendly and went right to work. They cleaned items that no one else ever touched, ceiling lights, window blinds, lamp shades, etc. We are extremely happy with the results and will continue using Cleaning Authority for a long time.

I am generally pleased with TCA, but several times they have arrived too early or late. This is not the fault of the cleaning staff as they have no control over canceled appointments or clients who ask for special tasks at the last minute. Management should be notifying clients when staff is going to arrive outside the given window so we can adjust our schedules.

Nicole and Carly did an excellent job today at my home. I was home when they got there and both were very polite, personable and professional. When I came home the house looked great. I recommend this company to anyone looking for home cleaning services at a reasonable price. the quality of work is very good as well

I am soooo happy with my cleaning! Nicole, Whitney and Mia cleaned my house today. This was my first cleaning. They came in, toured the house with me and went straight to work. Now the whole house is just like I love it…clean, shiny and smelling good. In 2 weeks we’ll do it all over again. I’m a happy camper!

I’ve been using TCA to clean our home since they first opened in this area. The owner is so accommodating whenever anything comes up and is very dependable with communication. Whenever Ashley is at my house, the whole team does an excellent job, and Ashley, Alyssa, and Liz together are a great team. They’re also all very sweet and kind people!

Haylee and Alexis did a fantastic job cleaning the house! They payed attention to detail and were on time. Very happy with them and the company. Would recommend to anyone looking for polite, detailed cleaners.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for 3 months now. Their employees are very nice and do a good job. There are only two of us and we generally keep up with the day-to-day stuff and are pretty “clean”, so it’s not a huge undertaking, but it’s so nice to have the whole house clean on the same day!

I am very pleased with the team’s professionalism and great communication to get the job done. They never quit mid job even if we had more to clean in our house and for that I really I appreciate it. I’m very satisfied with the results of their cleaning services and did a great job with a reliable service.

Rebekah and Litzi cleaned our house and they did a spectacular job! They were in time and professional. I am currently undergoing cancer treatment, so cleaning the house has been hard for me. These girls cleaned my house and made it smell good! I am thankful and would definitely recommend their services to anyone interested!
