My husband bought this cleaning as a gift to me he paid 500.00 for a whole house cleaning. They Googled the address for the square footage and he verbally told them how many rooms. They show up at 1147 am 47 minutes late, they split the rooms and started cleaning .At 2oclock a supervisor came to check on them and I told her that the girl in the kitchen had been wiping the over for 2 hours and hadn't done any other space . At 330 the other girls left.The stove wiper call the boss she called my husband to ask for more money for another hour and she would make the other girls comeback to help her. That wasn't fair because they had done their part but that's their problem. And she also told me that 2 of the rooms weren't included in the whole house cleaning.when I found out he paid more money I said no and they left without doing anything. He asked for his money for the hour to be refunded and they won't. She said they can track them and they were here doing anything . I have footage on my ring with them leaving .They will never come back and my livingroom, dining room,or my family rm were never touched what a waste of money 600.00 .In regards to your response he paid but I was at home all the correspondence should have been directed to me and there was no recording done in the office when they talked about the rooms and they googled for the square footage. At the end of the day 600.00 should have cleaned the entire house they didn't do 3 you did send someone the next day atrer I sent the pictures but she only did the kitchen. I've made it known tha I wasn't sat

My Maid Pro experience was WONDERFUL. The staff was very friendly and smiling. I hired maid pro to clean my mom's house since she is not up to the task at this time. This was a pleasant experience and the house is sparkly clean. Now I don't have to worry if my mom's house is doing ok. I will definitely do again!

I've been very happy with the service I've received from Maidpro. Mary is the best and is one of the main reasons I love this cleaning firm. I am always thrilled with the great job that she does with cleaning my house. Mary works hard, is very efficient and never hesitates to go above & beyond. I don't know what I'd do without her!

MaidPro has been cleaning my home every other week for a year and a half. I have had different people come to clean but they consistently do a great job, are reliable, friendly and professional!! Kayla B did a fabulous job this past week...AGAIN!! My home sparked!!

Don’t let the word “pro” in their name fool you into thinking you’re getting quality service. This was my 1st time and last time using this company. I was quoted a price $600, two cleaners for 4 1/2 hours with combining their time so basically 9hrs. I just purchased this home so I opted for a deep cleaning with them cleaning out kitchen/bathroom cabinets. To my surprise after returning that evening my bathroom cabinets were still filthy. I immediately started cleaning as I was fuming and forgot to take pictures. I called the next morning and of course they said the cleaners stated they cleaned everything. They would refund me an hour but the cleaners didn’t use the last hour (from what they said) so I’m still confused how they’re GIVING me anything. I won’t even get into how much time I think they really used. After that, I start going through my kitchen cabinets and same thing, filthy. At that point, if flames could burst out of my body, it would’ve. This time I took pics. In the pic the wipes show the dirt I cleaned from just ONE drawer! For the rates Maidpro charge and the discussion I had with the rep and cleaner making it clear what I needed, I shouldn’t have to go in and clean behind them.

They clean until you stop baby sitting them. We paid $500 to have them basically dust! They were paid to clean the kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, floors, etc. We wanted the house to be clean when we moved in. From the dirt that I had to clean off the kitchen cabinets, I'd bet my last dime they kicked up their heels and did nothing, once my husband left the house. Would post videos and pics but not an option on mobile

To my surprise, Customer Service is not dead. Holly at MaidPro listened to all the issues we had with regards to the quality of the services we received, which was notable in itself and very much appreciated. Although we were offered another visit, we had to decline. Since we just moved in, the collection of boxes and furniture would not allow another visit. Holly offered us a partial refund to set things right.
Many businesses could do better by using MaidPro's Customer Service as an example.

Sam and Stacey of maid pro Merriville went above and beyond to make my house clean. They worked so hard to help me. I have many health problems and cannot bend or lift . These ladies were terrific!!! They were so patient with my dog that barked like a maniac for attention. They improved my life so much !!!!!

I love having Maid Pro come to clean my house. Mary is super and very efficient. After having her work in my home I also scheduled her to do my father's house. She has also cleaned my daughter's place. I don't know what I would do without her. Maid Pro has a great asset in Mary! I would give her 10 stars if I could. Love, love, love her!

Sam and Stacey kill it everytime!! These ladies Rock!!! Christmas tree and a snowman vacuumed into my couch!! Say what!?!?! That is amaze balls! So lucky to have these ladies cleaning our home. That truly do such an amazing job!! Always so nice and professional!

Kristine did an amazing job set my house today! She was great with my kids, very friendly all while doing a great job cleaning everything and making sure I was happy when she was done. I would highly recommend her to anyone with small children, and will probably be asking for her to come back in the future.

Maid pro was fast and efficient! Rosa was kind and easy to work with and made me feel comfortable. The house was spotless when she finished and the home smelled amazing, they answered their phones and emails quickly and provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions. They made moving in a breeze and I was able to relax after unpacking and didn't have to worry about cleaning and I won't have to deep clean for a while! I definitely recommend MaidPro.

The ladies worked extra hard to get everything done and that is not an easy task as I am not the best house cleaner. Super pleased with everything and will definitely us them again. The office staff was very helpful and made me feel at ease with having strangers in my home. Very well done MaidPro!

We have been very happy with Samantha and Stacey! They are a mom and daughter powerhouse team who work hard and fast. Our family is truly grateful for their services - they are accommodating to our needs that tend to vary from week to week. Because we have kids, these ladies definitely have their challenges set before them, and they always do a really great job and I appreciate that they always remember our specific preferences/priorities. We have been using them for about a year (I think!).

We found MaidPro through google. The reviews were excellent so we decided to try. We have been very happy with Ashley. She cleans very thoroughly and a very nice person. They have 49 checklist which covers all the cleaning in the house. My kids love the stickers she leaves after the cleaning. I highly recommend MaidPro for someone who is looking to have their house cleaned professionally and stress free. they will not disappoint. In the past we tried polish cleaning ladies and other people recommended by the relatives and friends but MaidPro has been the best so far! We have Ashley and she is great but I am sure everyone one of them does a great job!

I’ve been using MaidPro for a little over a year now. Everyone I’ve had has been fantastic, but my most recent pro Sam is THE BEST. She is so thorough, quick, and friendly. The first time she cleaned my house, she mopped under the coat rack/shoe bench in my mud room and found a flip flop left from the previous owner!! Despite living here for over a year AND having a pro over every other week consistently, it had never been found before. The space is really tight so I really wouldn’t have expected it to ever get cleaned (clearly if I wasn’t doing it either) but she really is that good. Highly recommend!
