We had flooding due to a sewage pump back up - out of all of the remediation companies we ask for help from, Servpro delivered, and quickly! Two gentleman came within two days (from IN to WI) to inspect and offer an estimate to rip out damaged carpeting and drywall plus treat the mold and help with bacteria. While the estimate was high given the job took only about 5 hours total, we appreciate that they were communicative and quick. It was so needed during a very stressful time as a homeowner.

Sean, Oliver, Rafael, Angel did a wonderful job today. They cleaned up my basement, took away things that needed to be tossed. They were so efficient and polite. They did their work in a timely manner. I am so happy with their work and happy I called them to clean up my basement. I am very very pleased with their work.

I had two visits from ServPro's guys. The 1st group was Dakota, Yasser and Angel. The 2nd team was Devan, Ezeiquiel and Angel. Both groups performed exactly what was agreed to before beginning the work. I have zero complaints and can only compliment ServPro for training and sending me total professionals in their areas of expertise. Two thumbs up!

We had a water issue in our basement from a malfunctioning water softener. The team was quick to respond to our request for help. They were thorough in their response and addressed our concerns in detail. The entire team- Nick, Devan, Kyle, Juan- were very respectful of our home and us.

Dakota and Carlito from the Southern Indiana location were of great help! It didn’t take them long to remove the damaged flooring and set up fans. Appreciate them!

Abby and her team were very thorough, informative, and easy to talk to. Working with mostly industrial disasters in a healthcare setting, this being more personal within my own home, they made it a relaxing experience

After getting screwed by Tom Drexler who sold me a backup sump pump that didn’t work, Servpro came in to dry out my basement. With part of the cost being the number of fans running, I feel like leaving quite a few in my basement unplugged was a way to get more money. Then, once the basement was dry, I couldn’t get them to come out for a reconstruction quote. Radio silence. They said they had a lot of jobs due to the snow and rain, but they never bothered following up or keeping me informed of when they might provide the quote. I hired them because they did both remediation and reconstruction. Disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I won’t recommend them.

I apologize in advance for the lengthy review; I cannot express my gratitude enough to the Servpro team who helped me with the fire restoration of my home yesterday. Within 15 minutes of contacting my insurance agent, the assessment team contacted me and arrived at my home 30 minutes later. I was shaken after experiencing a house fire, but this team handled the situation gracefully, patiently, and professionally. They explained everything thoroughly, sometimes repeating themselves due to my lack of sleep, and left me with a sense of calmness, knowing that I had the right team to guide me through this challenging process. They provided constant updates and were responsive to my questions, whether through text or phone. Their work was terrific, and even though there’s more work to be done, they got me back to my home safely by the end of the day.

The restoration work on my house was completed on March 25th, just over a month after the fire. I am extremely grateful to Servpro for their timely and efficient work, and it's a testament to their professionalism and the strong relationships they have with their contractors and insurance agents. Every person who came to my house was dependable and professional, and the superintendent, Josh Ory, was in constant communication with me, which was crucial during this stressful time and appreciated. I'm also extremely grateful for the assessment crew who responded on the day of the fire. They were so kind and even found a way to make me laugh when I was dealing with so many emotions. Ian Brocklehurst, Austin Shane, and Shawn Payne, you guys are wonderful humans. Thank you!

words cannot express how professional and thorough this team was led by Abby. She didn’t miss a beat, and everybody worked the entire time they were here. Everyone was polite. It was a good experience in the face of A not so great situation. My apartment got flooded after the fire sprinklers were tripped somehow so everything got wet and it’s the days went by. Abby,Bella and Ana have been a heaven sent through this stage of getting my home back together! I honestly don’t know how I would have been able to remain so calm if Abby wasn’t here!
