We had some small flooding in our kitchen and Christy came out within a couple hours. She did an assessment, gave us the information we needed to prevent any damage to our home, and revisited in a few days to make sure everything was improving with fans and a dehumidifier. She was very professional and saved us from some extensive water damage. Will 100% be using Superior Restoration of Kentuckiana again in the future!

A big tree really did a number on my garage as a storm was moving in. They had their tree guy over quickly to remove it and get a tarp over what was left before the rain started. They had a full crew over soon after to brace it all up and stabilize till the insurance company can catch up. I was stressed and they got me through it. Thanks.

I want to thank Superior Restoration and specifically Tim Phillips and his crew for doing such an amazing job on restoring my Father's house after a fire. Mr. Phillips kept us informed along the way as to what was being done and he and his crew were always happy to stop and talk to us and answer our questions along the way. The care in restoring my Father's home is evident in the restoration of the interior and exterior of the house. They even stepped up and did some things that were not expected, but were necessary to make the home look its best. This was a very difficult time for my family and Superior Restoration and especially Tim Phillips and his crew made this process as smooth as they could for us. I would highly recommend them for any restoration work that you would need for or around your house

Awesome! They were quick to respond and get the damage stopped and got a detailed estimate very fast. Completed our huge water damage job in less than 10 days! No mess, on time, and very professional staff and crew! Highly recommend them to anyone needing flooring, or damage repair. They are the BEST!

We had a leak in our basement from a bad sump pump, and Superior was the nicest, most compassionate company to interact with during a very stressful time. The work on our floors, drywall, and paint went flawlessly and looks so professional! Christine and her crew are amazing to work with!

I could never say enough about how wonderful an experience we had with Superior Restoration. Having never been through a tree falling on our house, there were things we didn't know about, but Christy always took time to explain what was to happen and answered every question I had. Her humor, kindness, and work ethic made her a pleasure to work with. As for the crew who did all the repairs...I have nothing but good things to say. They worked so hard every day, were so polite, and put everything back better than it was before. There was a fire in my apartment building but we weren't allowed back in the building for over a month. In that time, my wet and smokey belongings developed mold. I called three restoration services, but Superior was the first one on the scene and the only one to actually send a quote.
They worked with the strict time restrictions I was given to get into my apartment, collect and transport my belongings and give me a revised cost of their service.
Sadly, there wasn't much to recover.
But I highly recommend Superior over any other more recognized companies.
They have made an awful experience more bearable.

Wonderful experience with this company! We had a problem with another restoration company who had started the work in our home and contacted Superior Restoration of Kentuckiana for a second opinion. The Project Manager, Jordan Rookstool came out immediately and was so kind and informative. He explained the process professionally and helped us understand what to expect without ever being negative toward the company that had begun the work. In the end, we ended up allowing the initial company to right their wrong because they had started the job, but would have rather used Superior Restoration from the beginning if we had known. We had a major water leak with significant damage. Tim Phillips and his crew were AMAZING!! We feel that they went above and beyond what we had even imagined. During the restoration process, we decided to add some things into the project and they completed those with hesitation.

Guy was the perfect technician sent out to identify and resolve my issue.

He was not only courteous and respectful but extremely knowledgeable in the area of mildew/mold concerns. With all of the snow and rain that we had in southern Indiana in January, I had fears that I might have had an issue. He professionally showed me in every area that I had no reason to worry and laid any suspicions and fears to rest.
. He did suggest a good full house duct vacuuming, which always helps anyway with extreme dust.
In times when you’re dealing with issues you’re not familiar with it’s always a blessing for someone who comes in and is trustworthy and gives you the information straightforward.

5/9/25 Updated Review: Unfortunately another leak but ServPro came out and Dakota and his team did great vent cleaning and even worked to remediate alot of mold in my return vent I didn't know was there !!!!! Abby and her crew came out and did a great cleaning job through my entire space and Patrick when I had concerns about the fogging service he came out personally to make sure I was satisfied! Thanks again to the Servpro crew

I never leave a review but the service and professionalism I recieved from ServPro must be noted. I have mold in my Apt unit from an upstairs leak first experience ever with mold and it was stressful. However when I met Austin Schoen on two different occasions he was so kind and explained every process in great detail and answered all my questions and there were many. Then on the day of remediation Chris led the team and he was professional and kind and answered all of my questions. He led the team and everything went very quick and efficient. Then I met Cody he was fun and explained everything about the HVAC cleaning process in a way that anyone could understand he was nice and eased my tensions about the whole process. Great Crew ! Great Experience!!!!! Thank you all

We had the ServPro guys over today to work on our closet walls and floor which was saturated by a pipe leak. Mike, the Crew Chief was very helpful in explaining the process to me and answering our questions. He immediately worked with his technicians, Ezequiel and Carlos, and they were finished in no time at all. They were all very polite and worked as quietly and efficiently as possible.
