My husband & I became home owners recently but the house had cigarette smoke from the previous owners. We considered using Servpro because we wanted a thorough job. We scheduled the service for 07/03 & a member came out to do an estimate. We were told by the following week either 07/08 or 07/09 we would have our estimate by then at the latest. We called multiple times everyday from 07/08-07/10. The office could never provide when we would receive our estimate, they never prioritized finding out for us or calling back. I struggle to understand how the original estimated quote that I was suppose to receive by 07/09 ended up finally getting sent to me almost 2 weeks later on 07/14. And we would still be required to schedule an appointment which if an estimate took 2 weeks to get, I can’t imagine getting a service scheduled in a decent time. On top of that, we were quoted for over $6,000 for the work, wow! For anyone that might run into the same issue, use the Kilz primer for smoke smell & it’ll do the same job that’ll take them 6+ weeks & over $6,000 dollars.

Fantastic service. Needed help with an emergency cleanup and they gave me a quote and got the job done all in about 4 hours. Patrick was very timely and helpful with the quote. Dylan was phenomenal with the cleanup. He went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and extremely kind. I would recommend Dylan and his crew of George and Willy to anyone. These days it can be hard to find good help, but Dylan and his crew were fantastic to work with. Servpro would be smart to make sure they keep Dylan, George, and Willy around for a long time!

We had a really bad water leak from our refrigerator hose that leaked all day completely drenching the subfloors, underneath the hardwood floors, the basement ceiling, and the carpet. I can't express how grateful I am that Dylan and his team showed up to handle the mitigation process and make sure that mold was not spread throughout my house. Working with Dylan was so easy and to serve pro team handled everything. Communication and professionalism was awesome! Now just waiting for the restoration team. Mike Gagel came out to do a job at one of my properties in Louisville, KY where we had a sewage pipe break. He was honest, communicative took pictures and videos of the situation to help me troubleshoot the best course of action as the scope of work was not in fact as vast as the person who quoted the job had said. This saved my company a lot of time and money and Mike was a pleasure to work with unlike the gentlemen who gave me the initial bid. I would definitely recommend Mike every time!

Guy gave me such a relief knowing I didn’t really have mold in my crawlspace as I thought. He explained that the black spots were stains from where the mold used to be and that it won’t ever really go away but there isn't active mold growing. Thanks Guy
