They went over and beyond my expectations on the first cleaning they did for me. They have been back 4 times and each time they leave my house sparkling clean. I will never have anyone else clean my house but Catherine's Cleaners.

Hired for move-out cleaning; easy communication with them through text. On the day, they arrived within the specified time frame, and they did a great job. Would definitely consider them again!

We were told that we would get a deep clean, microwave, oven, fridge, etc at no extra cost. Well she was here for 2 hours and 15 minutes, was supposed to be here at 3:30 got here at 4:45 after rescheduling for a different day. Well she vacuumed and mopped, did the baseboards, and cleaned the toilets. Didn’t even touch the kitchen or dust anything. Didn’t clean the showers and didn’t move things to clean. Not too happy. We are hosting a baby shower this weekend and we are going to have to go through and clean it ourselves after paying $80/hr.

Still had to clean myself after 2 people spent 4.75 hours cleaning a 1 bed 1 bath 750sqft apartment. Baseboards were left untouched

5 star all thr way!!! Catherine was great to work with and she helped us more than she really had to, so I would recommend her every time. I should add that her workers worked very hard and were sincere about getting the job done for us.

Buyer beware:
1. This business actually operates out of Scottsburg, IN.
2. Do not pay cleaners by the hour- lesson learned
3. Not BBB rated
4. Was told to pay by cash and leave it in a mailbox in Scottsburg IN. I was happy to go to the “business office” in New Albany to pay and just be finished but strangely it is in Scottsburg 45 minutes away

I hope others learn from my mistake

My company provides with employee housing, and I reached out to Catherine for a quote for when employees move out. She responded very promptly and was so friendly from the get-go. I was able to communicate with her over the weekend as well without any issue. I needed to book something quick and she was able to accomodate. She communicated with me all throughout the cleaning process to make sure everything was done as requested. We're very happy with the end results and will continue to use her services. Thank you!

I got behind on my housework after my husband's surgery, and had Two Maids come in for a deep clean. Meghan and Kayana did great job! My windows are sparkling, bathrooms and floors are shining, and the dust bunnies are gone.

I had a deep clean today by Kay and Shyia. Excellent job! These two were very friendly and professional! All my dealings with this cleaning service so far have been stellar!
