My husband googled this garden center because we were nearby. Am I ever glad he did. Even this late in the year, October, they still had a great selection of perennial plants. I picked up some new day lilies and Coreopsis along with the violas I was shopping for. We live two hours away but I will be back. Well worth your trip.

My wife bought 4 different herb plants they died in 1 week inside the house they have 24 hour return policy really what a joke do not buy from this so called nursery

My husband and I went to several nurseries before stopping at Grant line. Elizabeth were awesome, she is sooooo knowledgeable, she helped us pick four trees to fit our needs, explained the care, and just made us comfortable with our purchase. JUST AWESOME!!!

Well stocked. Employees seem to be knowledgeable. It is mid October and plants need to be marked down but they only had a few on sale. Also, there is always one cashier there who always comes off as rude. It may just be her personality, but it is the same every time I go there.

They are always so helpful and friendly. They take their time.to answer my questions. Went in there for information regarding knockout roses and burning bushes. Of course, not the time for the roses but they were happy to help. They have burning bushes in stock but they are just starting to get buds on them. They suggested that I wait to purchase at.the end of March. Giving them a little more time to grow. Talked about planting and care of it. So patient with my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I only got to see part of the store since I was coming for something specific and had a time crunch. The woman at the cash register was very nice and knowledgeable about any product I wanted to know about. We will most definitely be back. Prices were all cheap to fair and its huge! They most likely will have any thing you need for your gardeb

Great selection but customer service could use some help. Workers are not around to ask if help is needed or if they are, they do not. I love the selection, even if they are a bit higher than some competition on some items and not on others, so I will definitely be back. Just wish they would be more hands on like their Jeff competition.

Great selection of every type of landscaping plant you can imagine. Trees, shrubs, flowers, vegetables, bushes, grasses, etc....Seemed to be a very knowledgeable staff and the cashier that rang us out was professional and polite! We felt we got a great value on the seed potatoes we bought and the Newport Plum tree but felt that some of the items were priced a bit high! (This was the reason for 4 stars) Well worth the trip in my opinion and if you have a specific need they can likely meet that need!

I visited the nursery almost two weeks ago. I had some questions about a tree that I wanted to purchase for a memorial, and the lady at the counter was very rude. She said she would have someone call me. No one has called yet, but they don't need to. I went to Walnut Ridge, and they were very kind, answered all of my questions, gave some suggestions, and had a better price.

I live in Louisville and hadn’t been here, stopped in while killing some time. My interest that day (6/7/23) was shrubs, and I was very pleased with the selection, health and price in this area. I saw some things not easy to find elsewhere and they were displayed under partial cover—so I wasn’t roasting in the sun (nor were the shrubs).
Check them out, more than worth a drive across the bridge!

This place had great variety and good prices. But, that's not why it gets 5 stars. It's a small business and of course during this time small businesses need support. My husband and I just bought a house and my mother and I were looking for perennials. We had a cart full of things we thought we needed. A worker there comes to us and asks us what we were planning to do with all our stuff, since it seemed very obvious we were new to this stuff. She guided us through a quick learning about in season planting, how we accidentally had potting soil not planting soil, a flower I had would not make it through the first frost. She said here save yourself some money and heartbreak. That's what I loved about this place and why I'll keep coming and spending my money back to honesty and fairness. And my flowers and bushes are doing amazingly

Love this store! I came here looking for a money tree and Brooklyn pointed me straight to them, taught me how to make it grow into a braid, taught me everything I need to know about how to care for it, and even gave me advice on how to care for some other plants I have at home. She was such a breeze to talk to. She’s the perfect person you want to have on your team! Thank you so much for being so amazing!

Lots of nice items but items are quite expensive so please be aware of this. I left with nothing. Numerous employees walking around, nobody said a word.

Grant Line Nursery is our go-to for a beautiful front yard and has been for several years. Kyle and his crew are very professional and never disappoint.

This was my first time here and I was very happy with the encounter. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and helpful. I bought 3 fruit trees and one of them was a Granny Smith (hard to find around here). The quality and prices seemed fair to me and my limited experience. They also offer a warrantee on their trees and have a military discount. The guy I dealt with (I'm horrible with names so I don't ask) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He dropped a little tree wisdom on me and I left feeling good about the money I spent. This was a great first experience and I will be going.

Was looking for certain plants to use for Veiled chameleon . They were very helpful and they had all most all the safe plants

I should have saved myself two trips to Home Depot to scour their tiny, dilapidated hydrangea buckets and come here first! I was greeted by a warm and knowledgeable employee that went above and beyond to put lining down to protect my car and hand loaded the bushes in herself. A 10x better product and service—we’ll be back!
