I couldn't recommend this business more strongly. Lisa and Jared were great to deal with. Prompt, courteous, and efficient. Reasonable pricing and local. You won't be disappointed if you need appliance repair.

We had an unusual break in one of the cooktop knobs. We experienced responsive service from start to finish. Friendly, professional with good communication. We will use them again!

I called Appliance Rescue to repair my dryer yesterday. Jerrad was out today and had it fixed shortly after. It was great meeting him and I intend on using Appliance Rescue in the future.

Everything about Jared and Appliance Repair was fantastic!! From scheduling a service visit with the delightful Lisa, to the professionalism and promptness of Jared was first class. I can’t imagine ever going with anyone else!!

Unfortunately they couldn’t work on our LG refrigerator, but Lisa was extremely helpful in offering advice and potential solutions to our problem. We will definitely use them in the future should the need ever arise!

Had to have some work done on my fridge. Called Jerrad at Appliance Rescue and he was very prompt in getting out to check out my problem. Fixed it and was very reasonable with his pricing. I am very pleased and will call Appliance Rescue the next time I need a appliance fixed. Neat and knowledgeable.

Jerrad is absolutely the BEST! He is very knowledgeable about appliances and he specializes in keeping things running properly . His diagnostics are spot on and he is fair and reasonable. He takes the time to get to know his customers and his professionalism is so unique. He comes in with a smile on his face and happy to help his customers. Left several messages before they ever returned my call. Set an appt for 5 days out
@ 9am and they literally never showed up.

Our dryer started squealing a day ago, called early in the morning and was able to get same day service. Honest repair and advice. I can't say I hope to use them again, but if another appliance goes down I will be using them again.

Our dryer stopped working and we called Appliance Rescue and they were out to our house the next day to evaluate the problem. Within 2 days they had it fixed with GREAT customer service and professionalism. I would highly recommend them for anyone. 10 stars if I could.

In response to the reply. I apologize that you heard me wrong on the phone
I explained that I had one licensed professional replace a part on the oven. A second professional that I found off of NextDoor come out and look at it leading us to believe it to be wiring. I simply wanted someone to help trouble shoot. No liability comes into play. As I told you on the phone. We also would understand if it is not repairable. My review was not unprofessional in any way. However, now I will highly recommend people not to use this service because of the poor customer service. Again, I am sorry you did not seem to listen to how I explained things on the phone. Also, probably more professional if you left the original review as it was and not comment. I find it sad in today's world businesses want to argue with a customer or potential customer. I do not recommend anyone to use this service. Or lie and say you dont know what the issue is and never had it fixed by anyone else. I did call around to several other reputable companys and explained I was told it was a liability issue from this company (i did not name your company at the time just said a company) and they all stated they never heard of such a thing. But to each its own. I have left my original review so everyone can see. But I assure you I did not have people just willy nilly fixing my appliances and taking my money. Two LICENSED PROFESSIONALS. Oh and my husband did remove the over door and that was the extent.

I was hopeful to use this service because of all the great reviews but when I explained what our issue was and that we had the heating element previously replaced but not sure if that was the issue, was told that they would not come out "because it had been previously messed with". We have NEVER heard of this before. This tells me a lot of their lack of confidence fixing things. I explained I was not going back to the other person and was still told they could not help.

Quality products at a fair price. Most importantly, if the product doesn’t perform to expectations, Jerrad will and does absolutely make it right.
I’ve called him 3 different times over the last couple of years for appliance repair and I will continue to do so.

Called Appliance Rescue for washing machine repair. Jarred is wonderful-VERY knowledgeable, prompt and personable. He assessed the problem with my 15 year-old washer quickly and gave me options on the repair that saved me money and got old "Nellie-Belle" running good as new! Great local, family-run business!

Jerrad not only took care of my issue with my washer, but when talking about my dryer saved me a ton of money by explaining my options and not just pushing me to replace because it was “older”. Honest, fair, and quick. Will definitely use him again!

After spending over $200 on the washer and dryer repairs they still don’t work. He came and chatted and fixed a part that didn’t need replaced. Then he wanted us to send videos via text to let him hear what the washer was doing!!! When I shared this with the office person she argued with me and said different people do it differently. I agree, the other repair people stay and run it through cycles then actually fix it!!!! Don’t waste your money!!

Our refrigerator was not working and we were having trouble finding a repair service that would come to Windfall, Indiana. We called Appliance Rescue and she was so nice. She said that we were not in their service area but she walked us through some steps that might get it working. We were shocked that it worked. Not even the manufacturer could tell us this trick to get it working. We are so grateful to appliance rescue and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much to appliance rescue we are so grateful.

The owners of this company came out to look at my broken clothes dryer. They were very efficient and kind at first. They said they needed to order a part and gave me a date and a time window when they would return. When they did not show or return text or phone calls, I decided to try another company. After the fact, the wife called and said the part was not in after all and she was sorry she did not call but her car was being repaired. Meanwhile, the parts to disassembled dryer remain all over my laundry room. Based on their lack of communication and follow up as promised, I would not recommend this company.

Jerrad came out and quickly diagnosed the issue with our 8 year old washing machine. Very nice guy and easy to work with. He was honest and recommended to buy a new machine instead of putting money into repairing the old one. Of course not all businesses are like that as their out to make a buck and not long term relationships.

Spoke with Lisa who called me right away the following morning (I left a VM late the previous night). Our freezer was making an awful loud vibration noise. Thankfully it would go on and off so when Jerrad came out the following day it was quiet BUT he was very familiar with the problem. He made an adjustment, bottaboom bottabing, issue resolved. He mentioned we may hear it one more time (we did, it wasn’t nearly as intense or long) and now it has been 5 days and ALL IS GOOD!
Pricing was fair considering they came out quickly, provided great service and they were both so friendly. We really enjoy supporting local businesses. We recommend Appliance Rescue - outstanding service 😊
