I called to set up an appointment with this company and they were here the next day.. These repairmen were very professional and kind. They wore boot covers in the house and N95 masks. They cleaned up after repairs complete. I highly recommend them for all your repairs.

These guys are amazing!! They had to come back several times and they are so polite and professional! They went above and beyond for us and fixed our fridge, and I am so happy I found them! I highly recommend!!! Not to mention they don’t charge for an estimate, you won’t regret calling them !

Very great company got my dryer fixed within 1 hour and took there time and showed me what was wrong and how it was working after they fixed it. Highly recommend this company. They arrived on time and tested my dishwasher problems multiple times and determined there likely was no issue and asked me to keep testing it and that they would be in my area in a few days if the problem persisted.

I was very impressed with their honesty and not trying to fix something that may not be an issue at all and offering me an alternative… thank you!

I contacted them last year to repair my Samsung dryer, and they were extremely helpful, fast, and professional! Some months later, the dryer had another problem, they promptly responded and fixed it for no cost. Today they were back for a completely different issue and one more time, they were so great! I absolutely love their services! There’s nobody else I’ll call if I have any appliances problems!

Called this morning and they were at our house in Less than three hours. Problem was the filter wouldn’t seat properly. Roger and his brother worked on it for 20 or so minutes and resolved the problem. Great job fast and very reasonable. Would highly recommend. Thanks.

Our laundry room is in our garage, we just moved in & an embarrassing amount of dust/dirt/cobwebs once the old dryer was moved.... which they even cleaned up for me, it was above and beyond and so grateful! Our experience with this company was extraordinary!

I called fifteen+ service companies in central Indiana when our dryer stopped heating. 7R was the *only* company I could find in a 60-mile radius that gave free estimates. I set up an appointment. The service tech-- Roger-- texted me before he came & arrived on time (even though I'm in Anderson and the company is in Noblesville.) Roger was personable, knowledgeable, and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our dryer (it hadn't been cleaned in years and had a lot of lint & dog/German Shepherd hair in it.) He gave us a free estimate.

I'm 63, on a fixed income, and only get paid once a month. I was shy of the necessary funds for the repairs, but Roger contacted the company, and we worked something out (rather than waiting two more weeks until I got paid). We were *thrilled* to get it done immediately!

Roger was bilingual. In my opinion, this company would be a fantastic choice for Latino customers-- but equally so for *any* customer. Roger's command of the English language was equally as impressive as the way he quickly disassembled, repaired, and reassembled our dryer.

If you need appliances repaired, I can't recommend 7R more highly!

My dishwasher had a lot of issues and they gave me a free estimate. Diagnosed the issues and they personally recommended I replace it and wouldn't even take a tip, recommending I save it for the new one. Very professional and honest. Definitely recommend and will be back!
