I am a real estate investor and home owner. I have used a lot of different appliance repair companies and these guys are truly the best. The owner Jarred is common-sense and will never upsell you. He has fixed many appliances for me and always gives his suggestions to save you money. If you have an appliance that's not working call these guys!

I called when the ice maker in my fridge stopped working. Jarred was able to troubleshoot and explain to me the problem via phone and saved me money from having him come out for a service call.
Second time calling them was for a rental property appliance repair. They were able to schedule us for next day repair. Very happy with the service and fair pricing.

Called Monday morning. Set an appointment for Tuesday morning. Called 10min prior to arrival. Had my dryer fixed and running in about 40min. Jared as great and Lisa was friendly over the phone. Would definitely use them again!

Arrived within 20 minutes of me calling. Had my dryer running within 20 minutes. Very professional and explained what he was doing. That was very important to me as I am very curious how things work. Very professional and friendly. I don't recommend often, but he I would highly recommend. I will definitely call back next time I need something.

Appliance Rescue is hands down the best.
I called probably 20 appliance repair shops. Most didn't even bother answering the phone or calling back. The rest either didn't make me feel confident in their ability, or they just didn't work with modern appliances. Appliance Rescue called back promptly, answered my questions, and made me feel like they knew what they were doing. Highly recommend.

Great service and communication. We had an issue with our Samsung washer. One company said it would be 3 weeks until they could come out. Appliance Rescue was able to offer next day. Jerrad was honest, even before visiting our house, about cost vs benefit. He was in and out within 30 minutes, problem solved. They've earned our business for all appliances. Thank you.

Spoke to this family owned business and the wife was tremendously helpful! She did not hesitate to share her honest opinion and not waste my time or money even without a monetary gain to her company. TRUE HONEST PEOPLE that need to be recognized in our world today! I would recommend them to anyone and use ONLY them in the future!

Jared has been to our house several times over the years. He fixed something that had caused the refrigerator to quit. Another time he looked at an ice maker problem. I really appreciated his advice to wait and watch before replacing. About a year later he came and replaced the unit. He doesn’t push a hard sell or unneeded service. Jared is honest and dependable. He obviously knows his craft. I actually smile when I see the Appliance Rescue van driving by. I know someone will be getting great service.

I had a Terrible, eye opening experience trying to get, a problem fixed on my Side by side refrigerator freezer.

Igniter on my gas stove went out...Jared happened to have the non-standardized part and a few moments later we are back to a heated stove!

Had issues with a Samsung washing machine and figured I'd give Appliance Rescue a try (lots of great reviews). Jared called before arriving, and was extremely professional. Unfortunately, it was diagnosed as a potentially bad motherboard, and he advised (although they could fix it) it would likely be a money pit and recommended we not waste the cash. It's nice to see honest people in this profession, Appliance Rescue will be my first call the next time we have an issue!

Jared is a great guy. Very knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy. Repaired my dryer immediately. He went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. In fact I have a friend who is having dryer problems and am going to recommend Appliance Rescue to her.

I didn't use Appliance Rescue because they don't work on dishwashers (see below), HOWEVER, the lady I talked to was very helpful. She advised how long dishwashers usually last and how to determine if it was worth sinking money into repairs. This kind of service, even when they won't be doing the job, is great and has earned my business for the next (non-water) appliance I need repaired. Note: They wisely don't work on dishwashers due to the water liability - which ironically is the reason I was wanting to pay someone to fix it, so it is a very understandable position.

Dealing with Appliance Rescue was easy and the level of service was outstanding. Jared arrived and talked us through the repair, gave lots of advice on other items, and payment through Lisa was a breeze. Absolutely will send anyone in the area their way.
