Told me for days and even called the gas and electric company to mark where everything ran and never came and just keep leading me on til now I have a way worse problem. Save yourself money and time these guys lied to me for a week straight. Had to call another plumber. Very bad business.

We had just moved into our new house and need to get a gas pressure test. They tested fixed and retested for the original price. Super friendly, went above and beyond what we thought. Will call them for an other issues we have . Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Communication is terrible. Told me that there was no chance I'd need a new tank, but inspector forced it. I know that's not his fault but I was guaranteed it wouldn't happen several times before I pulled the permit. After dragging out doing my complete septic install for over a month, I was told they wouldn't do it, which didn't leave me enough time to get it done before cold weather, or without having to pay a high premium to get another company to do it.

He showed up within an hour of my call... helped me get water back to my home temporarily.. provided me with an estimate and scheduled the job at my requested date. He was courteous and left no mess behind and even explained everything to me... i thank him for his time and being so polite.... ill recommend Serenity Plumbing to all my friends and neighbors

I needed my bathtub unclogged and received a referral for Serenity Plumbing. Tim came out and went above and beyond to fix my problem. He explained how my drain worked and what was wrong. I really appreciate how professional and nice he was. I will definitely call them again!!!

Tim was very quick to respond and resolve our issues when we were unexpectedly without water. He replaced our well pump and pressure tank and had us up and going again. Very reasonably priced and professional service. We will definitely use again.

Tim & Zack came to our house to fix a gas leak at the pipes leading to the water heater. To our surprise, they took the whole contraption down to re-apply new paste on all the pipes leading to the water heater. The price was the service fee plus the one part that was damage. Their prices are fair and far from other places that charges $400 just to tighten up the pipes.

We are grateful to Tim for coming a second time right away to double check that there was not a single particle of gas in the air due to some concerns we had "Not related to Tim and Zack's work" after a few hours. We recommend Serenity to everyone who needs someone honest with a professional etiquette that will not attempt to get you to buy unnecessary VIP/platinum programs. Tim was very responsive to my toilet leaking and came out within a few hours to assess. He also guided me on clean up/mold remediation and called a company my insurance also suggested I contact. He took pictures and sent them to his contact there. Excellent service and prompt response. Thank you so much Tim!!

Tim and the guys are amazing. I have trouble with trusting repair people rather be my home or car due to past experiences. I trust Tim he has been to my home at least 4 times to fix other people's work mainly. He's fair and honest. Also he has squeezed me in almost always which I appreciate as most of the time it's an urgent need. I am telling ypu quit looking at reviews and call Tim.
