We had an issue with our washer hook ups the day of closing on our house. We called Fall Creek at 10am on our way to closing to see if they could fix the issue today. Chris had is done by 2pm. He texted us a couple quotes as we weren’t able to be there, and was honest about the process the whole way through. He even sent before/after pics for us to see. He did a great job, highly recommend!

Highly recommend! They were here same day for a gas leak and got us all fixed up quickly. Our technician Tyler Spitler was super nice, professional, and did a great job!

Brett came to my home when I had a water leak from the 2nd floor bathroom. He quickly identified the leak and fixed it saving me thousands of dollars in repairs due to water damage if he had no known exactly what to do! Fall Creek is the best! Thank you!

We reached out the evening before about a leak with our garbage disposal. Our call was answered and an appointment for the next day was setup. They called me about 15 minutes before arriving to our house. Brett was kind and examined our garage disposal and determined the issue. He provided the quote to us upfront and explained the differences between quotes. We appreciated that. Once we made a decision Brett immediately got to work and finished everything up within an hour and then was on his way. He cleaned everything up after he completed his job. We appreciated their quick work and transparency on price. We highly recommend this company and Brett!

I'm sorry I trusted the positive reviews on this site. Beware Fall Creek prices are 3 times higher than they should be. Imagine my surprise when they quoted $750 to install a water softener on a new house plumbed and designed with hookups. Then they charge a $75 service fee which I have to pay in order to reject the offensively bloated quote. I wanted to buy from a local provider. There is a reason they won't quote parts and labor costs. Because no one will pay $300 per hour for plumbing work. Learned my lesson to avoid the overpriced scammers. Sharing my experience to help someone else.

Try Tim at Sterling Plumbing instead. The softener install work was still done perfectly by a local company. Just not one with predatory pricing.

Tyler was awesome! Explained everything very clearly, provided me with various options to choose from, and ultimately did a fantastic job replacing our sump pump. He also wears booties to protect my flooring and left the area looking even better than he found it! 10/10. Will definitely be calling these guys again for all of my future plumbing needs. Just called to see about fixing our water heater. Steve was the first representative that hung up on us before we could even ask about scheduling. Stacy was the 2nd representative who answered and hung up on us before we could finish asking for a repair. Very unprofessional.

I am beyond impressed with fall creek plumbing. They were very kind and professional while at my house. We have owned our house for a little over 2 years and had SEVERAL (4-5) cracks in the pipes and had to call different plumbers in. After working with fall creek plumbing I will no longer just google “plumbers near me”. They took their time explaining what needed done, and actually fixed the problem instead of just putting a bandaid fix. Also with the warranty on the work they did hopefully I won’t need to call anyone soon! 😉
