I recently had my water heater replaced by Brett from Fall Creek Plumbing, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Brett was punctual, professional, and clearly experienced. He explained the replacement process thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how to operate the new system.

The installation was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Brett took extra care to ensure everything was up to code, and he even cleaned up the area better than he found it. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it really shows.

If you need a water heater replaced—or any plumbing work done—I highly recommend Fall Creek. They made what could have been a stressful home repair feel simple and stress-free.

Don and his crew did a spectacular job of diagnosing and offering us repairs or replacement. We opted to replace. They came back same day and had the water heater in about a hour. They left it cleaner than it was when they arrived. Will certainly call again if I ever need any plumbing.

My water softener went out over the weekend, and I knew replacement was going to be necessary. I called Fall Creek Plumbing, thinking I could get a weekend call since they advertised “24/7”, but had to wait until Monday. The tech and his trainee came out; the tech proceeded to tell me what I had was junk. He also said he had owned the exact same softener 3 times in 8 years. I told him mine had worked beautifully for 11 1/2 years with no problems at all. He gave me a “good-better-best” option starting at $4000, with best being $11,000 with a tankless water heater! I told him I didn’t need a water heater and I certainly wasn’t going to pay any of these ridiculous estimates. He said, “Well, how much did you expect to pay?” along with “we have financing”. The final comment he said was “Everything goes up.” Really? To the tune of these figures? I eventually went with another well-known, 5-star vendor for FAR LESS and better sales and service presentation. I’m not sure how this company achieves all of these good Google reviews, but my experience wasn’t even worth one star.

Fall Creek was great and technician Brett was super nice and got our plumbing issue resolved for a good price where companies like hope plumbing were charging triple the price.

They came in under 24hrs of request to assist with our leak. Provided sound estimates on site and immediately fixed it. Definitely recommend CJ and Ben.

Brett showed up right on time. They did a wonderful job of installing a valve I needed cleaned up after the installation and I’m very satisfied with the work

I got a water softener installed that I bought on my own. Once it was delivered, I called to see if I could have someone install it. They said that they could have someone out that day. Someone was there within two hours. Pretty incredible. The work was completed in less than one. It was just a brine tank and a resin tank and was installed where a pervious system had been. The work was clean and they even removed the empty boxes.

The only part I wasn't 100% happy about was the pricing. The quote was done on-site and if I didn't want the work done I would still be charged $75 for the diagnostic. The quote I got was $700 to install. The installer called his boss and asked if he could go lower (I hadn't said anything about the price) and his boss asked what my target was. I threw out $400 with no reference. They said the best they could do was $525. I agreed. They were already there and I would have been out $75 anyway. I still feel like that was high but I could be wrong. $175 discount make me a little uneasy about how pricing is handled. Or maybe I'm just lucky.

Our sump pump was broken due to freezing water and these professionals came out the next day to quickly and painlessly solve all of our issues. It was a pleasurable experience and I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Helped solve a recurring flooding problem. They worked 2 days in horrible weather (outside) without a complaint. We are extremely happy with the personnel and service. Recommend these guys for any job!!! Thanks so much for your time and expertise. Thanks to Sean and Bailey especially. You guys are great! Sean handled the backhoe like it was part of himself. Very tight space to work in yet he damaged nothing. What a pro!!!! Kudos Fall Creek. Wish I could give 10 stars!!

I called the company because I had just purchased a home that had no hot water or a softener. Both are a must in my home! They were flexible around my schedule and came the same day. Brett was my plumber and was absolutely amazing. He quickly dispatched a team to bring equipment that I so very much needed. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and would highly recommend him and this company a million times over!

Long, long story, I’ve had problems with a water heater for many years . I’ve spent over 3k with the another plumber during that time. Once the other plumber recommended that my unit to be replaced I called Fall Creek for a second opinion. Don came out and engineered his way around the issues and step by step he assessed and strategically figured out the problem. He took the time and communicated extremely well with me. I’m very satisfied with his professionalism and thoroughness. They were able to resolve the problem and I’m very thankful for that.

Brett and Tyler were fantastic. I had a non-emergency plumbing situation and they were still at my door within an hour. Great explanation and options and were in and out of here before lunch time with a solid warranty on the work. Definitely recommend for all of your plumbing needs.

LP company found a leak in line from regulator into basement and unhooked me until it was resolved. These guys came out within a couple hours, re-diagnosed issue and identified other areas of potential leaking (heavily corroded copper gas lines). Next day started a two day install with some complicated runs to replace every bit of copper with hard and flex gas pipe. CJ & Dustin were great, super courteous and awesome at problem solving the install. Super clean and thorough work. In a time where most companies won't call you back or show up, Fall Creek Plumbing shows exactly how it should be. Reasonably priced as well. Will be using again if needed.
