We had just moved into our new house and need to get a gas pressure test. They tested fixed and retested for the original price. Super friendly, went above and beyond what we thought. Will call them for an other issues we have . Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Communication is terrible. Told me that there was no chance I'd need a new tank, but inspector forced it. I know that's not his fault but I was guaranteed it wouldn't happen several times before I pulled the permit. After dragging out doing my complete septic install for over a month, I was told they wouldn't do it, which didn't leave me enough time to get it done before cold weather, or without having to pay a high premium to get another company to do it.

He showed up within an hour of my call... helped me get water back to my home temporarily.. provided me with an estimate and scheduled the job at my requested date. He was courteous and left no mess behind and even explained everything to me... i thank him for his time and being so polite.... ill recommend Serenity Plumbing to all my friends and neighbors

Called Tim, he came promptly and was able to resolve the issue for us same day! Really nice and personable man! Would recommend him over and over again to anyone! We feel confident hiring him again for any plumbing needs. Thanks for the great service!!!

I needed my bathtub unclogged and received a referral for Serenity Plumbing. Tim came out and went above and beyond to fix my problem. He explained how my drain worked and what was wrong. I really appreciate how professional and nice he was. I will definitely call them again!!!

Tim was very quick to respond and resolve our issues when we were unexpectedly without water. He replaced our well pump and pressure tank and had us up and going again. Very reasonably priced and professional service. We will definitely use again.

Tim & Zack came to our house to fix a gas leak at the pipes leading to the water heater. To our surprise, they took the whole contraption down to re-apply new paste on all the pipes leading to the water heater. The price was the service fee plus the one part that was damage. Their prices are fair and far from other places that charges $400 just to tighten up the pipes.

We are grateful to Tim for coming a second time right away to double check that there was not a single particle of gas in the air due to some concerns we had "Not related to Tim and Zack's work" after a few hours. We recommend Serenity to everyone who needs someone honest with a professional etiquette that will not attempt to get you to buy unnecessary VIP/platinum programs. Tim was very responsive to my toilet leaking and came out within a few hours to assess. He also guided me on clean up/mold remediation and called a company my insurance also suggested I contact. He took pictures and sent them to his contact there. Excellent service and prompt response. Thank you so much Tim!!

Tim and the guys are amazing. I have trouble with trusting repair people rather be my home or car due to past experiences. I trust Tim he has been to my home at least 4 times to fix other people's work mainly. He's fair and honest. Also he has squeezed me in almost always which I appreciate as most of the time it's an urgent need. I am telling ypu quit looking at reviews and call Tim.

Called about hot water heater. As soon as I started to explain the issue they hung up on me. Twice... not professional

We had an issue with our washer hook ups the day of closing on our house. We called Fall Creek at 10am on our way to closing to see if they could fix the issue today. Chris had is done by 2pm. He texted us a couple quotes as we weren’t able to be there, and was honest about the process the whole way through. He even sent before/after pics for us to see. He did a great job, highly recommend!

We reached out the evening before about a leak with our garbage disposal. Our call was answered and an appointment for the next day was setup. They called me about 15 minutes before arriving to our house. Brett was kind and examined our garage disposal and determined the issue. He provided the quote to us upfront and explained the differences between quotes. We appreciated that. Once we made a decision Brett immediately got to work and finished everything up within an hour and then was on his way. He cleaned everything up after he completed his job. We appreciated their quick work and transparency on price. We highly recommend this company and Brett!

I'm sorry I trusted the positive reviews on this site. Beware Fall Creek prices are 3 times higher than they should be. Imagine my surprise when they quoted $750 to install a water softener on a new house plumbed and designed with hookups. Then they charge a $75 service fee which I have to pay in order to reject the offensively bloated quote. I wanted to buy from a local provider. There is a reason they won't quote parts and labor costs. Because no one will pay $300 per hour for plumbing work. Learned my lesson to avoid the overpriced scammers. Sharing my experience to help someone else.

Try Tim at Sterling Plumbing instead. The softener install work was still done perfectly by a local company. Just not one with predatory pricing.
