Shane with S&B came out within a few hours of me calling when our furnace wasn’t working on the coldest day (so far!) of the year. He got us back up and running within less than an hour. He walked us through the issue and informed us on how to better maintain our system to prolong its life. As a realtor, I’ve come across many HVAC companies. After some not so great experiences with others, I reached out to a couple of colleagues and all recommended S&B without hesitation - S&B is my new go-to!

I called Shane at 9:00 a.m. on a Monday morning because our furnace was not functioning properly, and he was able to be at my house by 10:00 and had furnace fixed by 10:30 a.m. He was upfront and honest about the condition and how much repairs would cost. I would highly recommend using this company.

Shane was awesome. AC went out & he was here to save the day within 40 mins of speaking with him on the phone. Fair prices, very affordable, and he was able to fix it in 30 mins. I was very satisfied & even got a 1 year maintenance contract because the price was so great.

He also taught me a lot and answered all my questions when I was with him. This will be the only company I use moving forward.

Excellent service! Decided to try out Shane after having a bad experience with another company who didn’t thoroughly complete their inspection. Since then, Shane had done phenomenally! I really enjoyed working with S&B for my heating unit maintenance and troubleshooting! Shane was very responsive to my request, quick for service and never tried to upsell me on new equipment. He was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem very quickly! (a different company had installed a motor incorrectly a few years ago and it was now causing issues).

Shane came out on a Sunday evening to make sure we had heat overnight. Very reasonable cost for an emergency visit. Not only was the repair done quickly, but he took the time to explain what to look for in my HVAC. I would absolutely call him again

Shane came out on Sunday to diagnose the problem. Quickly identified the issue and was able to show me the problem using his camera, as well as provide me ample education on it. Ultimately, the furnace needed replaced - which everything I had read suggested the same. Pricing was very reasonable and he was able to get the replacement done timely - we have heat again! Honestly, I don't trust 99% of home service providers but Shane truly is the 1% that's honest and wants to help you. Super professional and responsive. This is a veteran owned business which is worth supporting - I won't use any other heating and cooling company ever again, and can't recommend this company enough. If you're needing work done, you can feel super confident in calling Shane.

After a frightening night with no heat, in 4 degree cold weather I was given this company a firm recommendation. Shane answered the call in a pleasant and reassuring voice. He was extremely prompt to arrive at my home. He was courteous and friendly, I felt safe having him in my home. He was very respectful of my home while here. He kept me informed of his findings and the costs. He stayed to assure that heat was maintained after he finished. The cost was far lower than I had feared.
