House of Service Heating had excellent response time when I called in the winter to help install a new thermostat and didn't try to up-sell me on the equipment. Just used them again for installation of a Ductless heating & A/C system; very prompt with installation, very professional & courteous. It was a pleasure to use them & will continue to use them in the future.

House of Service replaced my HVAC unit. I found them to be a rare example of a small company that is both technically competent and delivers personalized service. My AC unit died the day before I had a family emergency. Since this is a small but close knit company, they accommodated my situation by offering to coordinate around my schedule and set up temporary AC so that the house was habitable. I highly recommend House of Service.

Called for a 2nd opinion after Complete Comfort tried to scam my husband into a completely new HVAC system, after sending me a picture of a FAKE cracked system saying it was mine. Naturally, I started to do my research after Comfort Care sent that to me and I found others who had been scammed with a fake picture.

So not only was the service from House of Service great, they saved me a fortune. The owner (who has only owned since 2022) is who serviced my house and called me to let me know it was in fact not cracked & I could get a few more years at least. He cleaned the system and explained what he was doing. It’s not often you find an honest HVAC company so to know an honest, trustworthy company is near. I plan to spread the word! Before you pay for anything that huge, get a second opinion it might save $, ⏰,🤕🤬

This company was great when Roger was in charge. My family and friends used them for years. A decade ago he saved my dead furnace in the middle of a cold winter. They've since sold the company or other family has taken over. Either way, it's completely mismanaged from top to bottom. I run a service company myself and know how challenging it can be, however the owner takes no responsibility for their issues. 2 months without AC and I'm finally switching to another company. Good luck.

Great professional service and great guys. New unit is a life changer. It might take a couple weeks to get them out there for a total new unit but it's worth the wait. Service calls are on point.

It was a Saturday and 95 degrees when my A/C stopped working. House of Service returned my call within 30 minutes and had someone at my house within an hour. This company is efficient and so friendly as well as supportive. I would highly recommend this company above all others. They have serviced my furnace and A/C for 25 years. These guys did an amazing job on a ductless system for a bedroom we had trouble heating and cooling. The crew who installed and Tony were very easy to work with, and it turned out better than I imagined. I would highly recommend H.O.S.

My A/C went out during the night (very hot and humid weather). Called the office at 8am as a new customer and Josh was here by 3:20pm. He had problem diagnosed and fixed (capacitor) in under 30 mins. He was polite and professional and asked when I had called the office. Told him I called that morning at 8am and he said good, because he wanted to make sure they were providing service in a timely manner. I am fairly new to Indiana and House of Service will now be my Heating and A/C provider. I am so happy (and nice and cool). I highly recommend them!
