Shane was great and arrived very quickly the day after the big snow storm when our furnace stopped working. He explained everything clearly and let me know worst case scenario upfront. Very professional and I will certainly be calling again if I need help!

Im visiting my parents in Indiana and they needed help with some repairs and service of their AC unit. There were TONS of HVAC companies in the area all having thousands of reviews. Although S&B Heating & Cooling didn’t have as many of the reviews that some others had, he had a full 5 stars and great reviews, I felt that this one the one to hire. I was not disappointed! Shane not only answered right away but scheduled me at his early convenience. He was on time, he was respectful and had booties on to protect the home’s flooring and was very fair with his pricing. Not only did he service the unit, he helped show my step dad the appropriate way to maintain his return/filters AND cleaned out a clog in an upstairs bathroom sink. He did not have to do that but it showed his character. He also made me laugh which I truly needed in that moment. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. We will be using him again! Thank you Shane!

We woke up to a 47 degree house on a Saturday morning right before a winter storm. I called at 8:30 am and someone was at our house at 9:45 am! I really appreciated not only the quick emergency service but the transparency from both Shane (owner) and Briar (technician) on scheduling and arrival time. They ended up finding a burnt out part and had a replacement on hand. House was heating back up immediately after fixing! Thanks, S&B!

The owner, Shane, is friendly and very knowledgeable! Shane from S & B Heating & Cooling has done a great job. He came out on Monday to see why my Furnace was leaking. He found that the its was basically quiting. It was 30 years old. By Wednesday He was able to replace everything. Shane was very nice. He explained everything to us and made sure we knew what was going on. He is definitely someone we would 💯 % recommend to day. I am posting the before and after picture of his work. He cleaned everything up before he left.
