Woke up with no heat and below 0 temps. Called them first thing in morning, and they returned my call within 30 mins and had someone at my house within 90 mins. Had difficulty getting it fixed on first try but they stuck with it and I had heat by mid-afternoon! Great job and very reasonably priced!

Was able to receive same day service on my furnace. Technician was able to diagnose the issues quickly and provided detailed information as to recommended repairs. I was even able to sign up lar seasonal maintenance. Could not have been more personable and professional. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family! Price paid included repair and service maintenance fee.

House of Service was able to get a technician to my house the day after I called, despite the extreme cold. Another company had told me it would be a week before they could get to me. The problem was diagnosed quickly and they had the required part the next day. My furnace is now working great. The staff at HoS were friendly, courteous, and professional. They are now my go-to HVAC company.

We had a truly great experience with House of Service. Our near 20 year-old furnace stopped working during a recent cold spell that included sub-zero temperatures. They came out the same day to inspect it, and by the next afternoon we had a new furnace installed. With such cold temperatures and all the worrying about pipes freezing, etc., they really came through for us and helped us through an unpleasant time. Yet, when they came out, they didn't pressure us to buy a new furnace or to buy any particular model of furnace. They just explained all the different options including repairing our old furnace, and then they let us choose the option we liked best. I highly recommend them.

Shane came on a Saturday in December when it was very cold and snowing. He was prompt, very professional very honest. We appreciate his time and expertise.

When the Arctic blast hit the Indianapolis area this past week, our 3 year old furnace was having a hard time keeping up! I called SBheating at the advice of my daughter, who recently used them. Over the phone, his first question was "do you have a heat pump?" Yes, we do, but we have only been here 3 years and in the past have had a normal gas furnace with no heat pump, so he told me to switch it over to the "Auxiliary" mode and change the filter. What a difference this all made, also to use a Merv 8 filter, not a Merv12 which is what we had in at the time, was blocking airflow! He came out a few days later to check my system, but it is working at 100%! Just thankful for someone who is willing to help over the phone instead of just making an appointment and charge for unnecessary visits! Oh and he is a Veteran of the Air Force! Shane came out very quickly for an after-hours repair call and was able to get us back up & running within an hour of speaking on the phone.

I appreciate that even after fixing the issue (replacing the capacitor), he was thorough in checking the refrigerant too, just to make sure everything else was looking good. Some of the competition might have just fixed this issue and been on their way, but spending the extra ~5 minutes to run some quick diagnostics has secured me as a customer for the future.

Shane was great to work with. I had him come out to look at my furnace after another company failed to get it working. Shane was able to get it working while explaining a lot about why my furnace is behaving as it is. I would highly recommend checking him and this company out!

Called and came same day. Shane was super thorough in diagnosing our hvac issue, and his cost was so much lower than all others I called. Shane was also very thorough at the end when explaining my options moving forward, he was never pushy, and went above and beyond in answering my questions. He even called me to ask clarifying questions after he left. A+ company and service!

Even during this cold weather one day my house temperature went up to 78 Degrees even though I had the thermostat set at 70 degrees. I called Shane at S&B and he told me what to check. Basically I had to shut off the furnace to stop heating. Even though it was later in the day Shane stopped by to check it out. He eliminated the very expensive board after testing and then determined it was a bad thermostat. Fortunately he had a replacement one in his truck and it was a simple install. He reprogrammed it for me.

His repair cost was very fair and I really appreciated that the furnace was quickly repaired. I highly recommend S&B for heating and air conditioning maintenance.

S&B installed my replacement AC. Although my system was only 6 years old it was not installed properly and caused a strain on the compressor which broke it. The original installation company failed to register the system so what could have been a 10 year warranty was only 5 years. I asked S&B to bid a replacement replace the compressor or a new system. I went with a new system because of the 10 year warranty. Shane was great to work with the price and schedule were the best of three bids.
Shane and Austin installed the new system in just a few hours and it is working great. They had to increase the size of the return air ducting as it was undersized for the 3 ton unit. This was probably the cause of the original AC unit failure.

I can say that S&B did a great job and cleaned up after the install.I highly recommend S&B for you cooling and heating maintenance needs

I received a call back Promptly, Shane came out the next very day to look at my AC that needed replaced as well as my furnace (very old)
He explained everything in Detail, gave options, recommendations and got me taken care of within 2 days. I appreciated his honesty, quick service, and his heart for Jesus! Someone who truly cares about what they do giving top notch Service! I feel secure in knowing that I won’t go without heat or Air!
