We Add central air put in Over the summer amazing amazing from estimate to install was less Then a week I went to turn the heat on after having it installed a few months ago had an issue I called they came out immediately fixed my issue they're always super helpful super friendly when you call or when they come out very professional I would definitely not recommend anybody else other than them

We have needed to have Muse come out two times since moving into our new build in 2021. The first time was a simple fix & only became aware when the temps dropped to single digits, the first January we lived here. The second time was recently when these negative temps came in. This time it was simply a maintenance error on our part (young parents of young children in our first home) 😅. Both times Muse got to us quickly & fixed the issue right away! I love working with a small business. The technicians are kind & thorough, even with kids and a large dog running around.

Call Muse Heating at 8:00 AM, for repair on air conditioning. Chris arrived by 8:45 AM fixed problem and was gone in about an hour. Very professional and very accommodating. Will recommend to friends and will use in the future.

Chris came out to my house to give me a quote. Was great to chat with and explained things to make since. I was recommended by family neighbors. He was able to work around my work schedule to meet with me and to give me number quotes and options.

Made a call @ 8:10 am on Monday morning to report my problem. They stated they had an opening @ 10::30 am. The technician was there on time troubleshot the system. Cleaned repaired and charged system. Had me back up and cooling within 2 hours. The technician was clean, personable,and efficient. Best of all the cost for repair was way less than what I expected to pay and no pushy sales for something I don't need. I highly recommend Muse Heating and Cooling.

Needed a tune-up before winter hits. They were there next day quick and had my furnace in top shape ready to go. I recommend them to make sure you're ready for winter.

They did a fantastic job, called them in the morning/afternoon and they were at my house an hourly later! I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their HVAC system

This company has been great! I’ve had 2 small issues, with my splits come up over the last year, and they have come right out to fix them and educate me about the maintenance. They are very professional and great to work with.

Muse was honest and professional. This is his busy season and didn’t expect to get my new units installed for at least a week. He had finished a job early and took the opportunity to install my unit the very next day. Chris and his son took that time and got my new units installed and made great time doing it. Chris was very attentive as I described what we were looking for in the service call. Being new to the home, we needed a thorough check of the entire system. I knew a couple components were out of service. He put everything through its paces, fixed a couple issues and is working to get us pricing on the components that were actually broken. I would highly recommend Muse for your needs. You'll feel better knowing it's right.

Muse Heating and Cooling figured out what was actually wrong with my furnace within 20mins! I was quoted over $18,000 from another company days before Muse came out, and they said it was a completely different issue and the furnace needed a complete replacement. Muse’s technician came and fixed the furnace completely for under $100 and quoted us a replacement price for the future that was wayyy under the other quote we got. We will be using Muse from now on! Absolutely amazing service!!

Chris Muse definitely knows the heating and cooling business. He's always pleasant and is quick to respond, especially when the weather is at its worse. Prices are reasonable as well.

They came out and completely cleaned and serviced our oil furnace for a very reasonable price. We were very pleased with Chris and his business. Will be using them again.

My furnace started acting up few days ago, decided today to call MUSE to come look. I reached Brandy on the phone, she explained there was sickness in their family, she'd call Harv to come take a look. He was here in no time, serviced my furnace and the house is warm again! Thank you guys for being here!

Had a new HVAC system installed . Humidifier was not working . Chris found the problem, replaced one small part and all working well now. He is very honest, shows and explains what he did. Takes good care of his customers.

Thanks to Chris and his team for finishing my air conditioner install just in time for warm weather and helping me program the new thermostat. It's great to be able to switch back and forth automatically to heat or air as needed. Especially this time if year!

I had a new furnace installed with the heat pump system, I waited about a year to be able to leave this review because I wanted to see how everything worked and how good it is and I must say they did a top-notch job in the system works fantastic They have some very nice and courteous employees overall excellent company.

We had been having trouble with our furnace heat strips. We had another company come out and look at it with no answers. They came out three times and never solved the issue and said they would return with a third different tech to try to solve it, never showed. Once the outside temps dropped below zero it became a real problem.
Finally, I called Muse. Chis can out within an hour and figured out the problem. It was late, but he was able to pick the parts needed and fixed the system the next day. He did all of this without us even needing to be there. Saved our pipes from freezing.
I can not recommend enough.
