Very pleased with their work. Called this morning concerning non critical secondary ductless heat system in sunroom and they arrived within a couple of hours. Heat system was reset at circuit breaker and is working fine currently. They said they would send an invoice, but wanted to make sure it continued to function normally. They had installed a replacement furnace this summer.

So… The Owner himself came out with another amazing technician and within 30 minutes they had my furnace Up and Running. The heat that is blowing out is So Much Warmer than Ever Before. They were Very Skilled and Definitely know what they are Doing. I would highly recommend Muse heating and cooling, Chris stands behind the products he sells. I purchased a new AC and water heater, the installation went smoothly and was done in about a day. We have had some issues with the unit but Chris has been very quick to address any issues and honor the warranty that came with the unit at no additional cost or fees.
