Very responsive and quick to make an appointment and come to the home. Prices are very reasonable and service was quick and professional. Andrew was able to come out the same night within a few hours of our call and fix the problem. Please use Quality Comfort Heating and Air!

Our thermostat suddenly went blank, we called them at 745 pm and Andrew was at our house by 815 pm. Was able to figure out what was going on and get the system repair and the air back on by 930pm. Extremely professionally and we love supporting local business, and not a big chain. Would recommend to anyone needing HVAC work done.

Andrew communicated well and quickly diagnosed my HVAC problems: faulty thermostat. Back in business!

Andrew and his Staff are great to work with. We needed a complete overhaul on our main Trunk line. Andrew Recommended a couple different options ,talked with us about each one. Upon removing my furnace to access our plenum he showed me just how dirty our furnace was..( Trouble is I had just had our furnace cleaned a month prior by a different contractor preparing for the cooling Season. ) Rather obvious other contractor had not cleaned anything. Andrew and his team done a great job on our installation and answered any questions and concerns I had along the way.
We felt pricing was very reasonable considering the amount of work they performed and service honestly was outstanding.
Funny in todays World it actually feels like a blessing when finding those who do what they say they will do when they say they will do it... Highly recommend and will be using Quality Comfort and Air for all of our Heating and Cooling needs.

Called and Andrew arrived 10 minutes later and figured out the problem in 5 minutes of arriving. Definitely recommend! 10/10.

We have been in contact with Andrew and have had our ducts cleaned, heat coils installed, and AC checked. They have been great with communication and have been friendly through the whole process! If your having issues with your HVAC, I highly recommend Quality Comfort. I spoke with Andy about the issue I was having and he knew immediately what the resolve was. We wanted to replace our 35+ year-old HVAC system. Our 80% efficiency furnace had been working fine, but we wanted to upgrade to a 90%+ high-efficiency furnace. Our AC had been limping along the past two summers and needed to be replaced. Luckily, since our existing system was working, we could take our time, get multiple quotes, research different brands and make an informed decision.

Ultimately, we decided to go with Quality Comfort. The owner, Andy, was very knowledgeable and down-to-earth. He answered all our questions honestly and didn’t try to upsell or charge us for things we didn’t need. His prices were reasonable and affordable.

Also, we had them clean our ductwork. After they were done and had the equipment loaded in the van, I realized I had forgotten about three supply vents. Andy insisted on bringing the equipment back in and cleaning the three vents without a single complaint.

Andy and his team were polite, friendly, interactive, and detailed. They did a great job. We’re glad we chose Quality Comfort and will recommend them in the future.

First they came out within 30 mins of my call gave me an estimate and explained exactly what was needed and how to achieve getting it done. Then on install day they were on time and quickly got to work. These didn’t leave a mess and was respectful to my belongings in the area. Again answered all questions and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.. highly recommend doing business.

My experience was great. Very informative & fast installation. Money well spent & they offer discounts for military service members.

Both techs that came to my houses were nice, honest, thorough and helpful.

Harley was very pleasant and efficient in his work. Informed me that furnace is in good shape. Out door unit working but has some age on it. Spring check showed one part needed for my Trane unit to allow better efficiency. Part ordered and when comes in tomorrow I will get call to schedule replacement. Andrew was pleasant and explained things well. Thank you. 5/12/25. Needed new part that evidently has gotten too hot and burned out. Had replacement part on the truck and was replaced right away. Getting here today after speaking to Andrew probably saved a fire as breaker did not trip. Greatly appreciate the timely manner in getting it fixed. Great company to work with and everyone has been so pleasant to work with them! Thank you so much!
