Woke up Sat am no heat. Couldn't get hold of usual hvac person. Called & lady very freindly & accomidating. Came pretty guick & fixed problem quick. Charged fair price. Would definitely use them again. Thank you! 👍

Tried 2 other HVAC Contractors, neither knew what they were doing, after a lengthy search called People's they knew the Lennox System and solved the problems quickly except for waiting on a part for 2 days in the Winter. If you have a problem with Lennox they can solve it, great job, reasonable price. Greenfield Resident

had a bad capacitor on my a/c unit. they came out the same day. tech was very professional fixed the issue very quickly. would definitely call again.

The Tech was Jeff. He was extremely helpful and we would recommend him to everyone. The service call was $100 which we thought was high for just diagnosing the problem but all in all we were satisfied with their work.

Had an issue with our A/C unit, called People's Heating and Cooling late one day. They sent Jeff out early the next day. He had us up and running in no time. He was very knowledgeable and had the experience to troubleshoot and figure out the issue very quickly. What I thought was going to be a costly repair, turned out to be just a clogged drain line that had the system bogged down and not working properly. The staff at People's were very professional from the time they answered the phone to the time Jeff was packed up and pulling out of the driveway. Will call again.

I was originally introduced to “People’s” through my home warranty provider but I have since had them back as a regular customer. They are friendly, courteous, efficient, good communicators and have never made me feel like they were trying to sell me anything except what I actually needed. I needed to go no further. Either will you. Give them a call.

Thank you for being a great company!! My ac unit went out and I called the 24 hour service number. I made an appointment for early morning. I was told they would call me before sending someone out. They called when they said they would and sent someone right away.. He found the problem in no time and fixed it on the spot. The bill was fair and I was so happy that it wasn't going to eat into my vacation money. I would recommend Peoples Heating and Cooling to everyone!!!

Used this company. Guy named Brent came out , said he owned the place gave us a great price. Had what the others said would take 3 days done in 1 1/2.days. Complete new furnace . I only write these reviews after six months to make sure all is going well.. People's went above and beyond for us. Again Thank's Brent.

Needed a Mr. Cool ductless mini split installed. Contacted Brent. He had Sylvia call me back to set up an appointment for a quote. Brent drove out and quoted the job. An install date was set and it was installed yesterday. The hvac technicians were courteous and professional. It was obvious they cared about their work paying attention to detail and neatness. Great communication and more than reasonable on install price. I will not hesitate in the least to to call them foe any future hvac needs!

At the beginning of winter I called People's Heating & Cooling for an estimate on a new furnace after my furnace began going out intermittently. Brent, the owner, came out the next day and gave me an estimate on several different units/options. The pricing was very affordable and I felt like Brent gave me all the options without trying to up-sell me on anything--he just gave me the options to choose from. He answered all my questions regarding the furnace and we chatted for another 15 minutes or so. My initial assessment of Brent was that he is a genuinely nice, honest man who values the service he is giving his customers. I was sold before he left my house, I just needed to determine what unit I was going to have them install.

After accessing the options, I called and scheduled the install. People's Heating & Cooling's installation crew came out a couple days later for the install. The installation tech was very nice and answered all my questions before starting. The furnace was installed and working a few hours later. They cleaned up before they left and the furnace has been running great since.

We had a pretty cold couple of months since the installation, so the furnace has been tested plenty. I am happy to report that there have been no issues!

Kept having issues with my AC unit. Couldn't get it fixed. I heard about this company through a friend that had used them for heating issues in the winter. They were able to have someone out right away.

The tech Ed was very polite and knowledgeable. I had recently hurt my knee and was having an issue moving. He went out of the way to change the cat's litter box when he saw me struggling with it. He got the job done quickly and it was reasonably priced. We haven't had an issue since!

Great customer service!!! I will be using them for all my heating and air needs moving forward and I suggest everyone does as well!!

We woke up on Thanksgiving with no heat. We were able to get a technician to our house within 30 minutes and had it fixed quickly! Very reasonable price for a holiday call. We appreciate them for coming out!
