Had two young guys at my house yesterday that went way above anything that could be expected of them to fix what i thought was a gas leak. It wasn't but they found a clogged chimney fixed it for me. I can not tell you how much i appreciate the work that they did and the pride they took in themselves. Great job guys thank you

I called them with sweat rolling down my face.... They said as soon as we can I was like oh dear God here we go I'll never see them. He had his guy (Rick) to my house and that guy was amazing.... He did all he had to making sure I could get cold air. I love this place and y'all have now been put on my speed dial..... Lol

Jim personally called me, and got on contact when he found out my elderly mother was without heat . He came over and within 30 minutes he had her back up and with heat .

He fixed our problem in a few minutes and it was a far price too. Will definitely recommend and use them again

Called today and was out the same day and fixed the problem on my central air unit also willing to work with me to get it fixed right away didn't take to long to fix and now my house is cooling down I really appreciate what they done for Me and my Family also my Dogs appreciate it too Thank You So Much For Getting It Done Quickly Now we all stay cool.

Our air conditioner stopped working suddenly during 90 degree weather at 9pm. Within a few hours Jim had our AC up and running again…we are SO thankful for him!! Highly recommend 🥰

We had a house that had an addition added on prior to purchasing our home. The HVAC system was never upgraded to accommodate the 800+ square foot added on to the home. We could never get the house below 78 in the Summer and we were miserable. In the winters we couldn’t get it above 68. After a couple of years we decided to do something about it. We called around and got multiple quotes. Hicks was BY FAR the most reasonable and honest to deal with. They started the process and long story short we realized that we needed all new duct work done to the house as well. Hicks came through again!! Ben, the main installer, is PHENOMENAL. The entire crew were so respectful of our property and went above and beyond for us. Can not say enough good things about Hicks. Will forever more be a customer and refer anyone I know to them. Thank you Hicks!!!
