Woke up Saturday morning to our air conditioner not working properly. Called Hicks and they had a technician to our house within an hour. The technician had our issue diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes. Super grateful for them. Definitely recommend and will call again for any issues. Thank you!!!

There is nobody better than Hicks Air! Jim came right out on a Saturday evening, the 4th of July weekend, and fixed my air conditioner! And there was no crazy after hours fee!

Our central air unit went out, Jim Hicks personally came out at 7:30 pm on a Friday night to take a look at. He immediately found the issue and had our unit back up and running within 15 minutes!

Jim personally made an emergency trip to our home at 8:00 this evening when our air went out. With another call to go to after. Service like this is few and far between these days. He had it fixed in less than 10 minutes with an exceptionally reasonable price. HIGHLY recommend Hick's if you need anything done! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. He is a life saver!!

My furnace went down with temperatures ranging in the 20s outside. I found the blower wheel had gone bad in my furnace causing the pressure switch not to turn on. My furnace is 30 years old. The nearest place that had one was in Austin, Texas and would be over a week before it arrived. Not only did Hicks air listen to me on the phone as far as the issues I was having, but they also got me a really good deal on a practically brand new blower wheel and motor. I had it installed and my heat working in less than 30 minutes.

These guys really do know their stuff, but the most important thing is that they care. They went above and beyond to help a potential first time customer just because they could when they didn’t have to. I will forever recommend these guys to anyone for any HVAC related work. I will absolutely do all further HVAC business with Hicks Air!

It's so important in the world today to have companies you can trust. Hicks Air is one of those companies. I'm warm today because of them working after hours to fix my old furnace. The tech could have told me I needed a new one... I wouldn't have known any difference. But he didn't!! He tracked down the issue and replaced the part. I've dealt with them 3 times now...3 different technicians. All were friendly and knowledgeable. I personally will never call any other company for my heating and cooling needs... I 100% recommend them!!! **Edited to add we just had Hicks install a new furnace and AC unit!! It was totally an A+ experience from start to finish!!
