Quality Comfort Heating Air installed a new HVAC system in Indianapolis. They are the best HVAC contractor in the Indianapolis area with reasonable prices and top quality work.

Everything was fantastic from when they came out to do an estimate to when they replaced the unit. If I had any questions they responded fast. Everyone that I spoke with were super friendly and very professional. Will be using them when it comes time to replace my furnace. Highly recommend them!

"Simply Amazing!" This I the first thought that goes through my mind when I think of the people from Quality Comfort Heating And Air LLC. They came out to first help us get our furnace up and running and then made us feel better about buying a new system. Our new high efficiency furnace  is so quiet and with the new smart digital thermistate we can see our temp while not being at home so our pets can constantly be comfortable.  They also have installed more installation in our Artic, which we found out that nearly didn't have any to begin with. This week they are schedule to come clean our air ducts. So please listen when I say " If you have issues with your hvac system please call the people of Quality Comfort Heating And Air LLC!"

Our AC unit stopped working Saturday morning. We are young, new homeowners and didn't know a thing about AC repair. We call another company who came out and ran a quick diagnostic and let us know that the only solution was to replace the entire AC unit.

We called Andy at Quality Comfort Heating and Air to get a second opinion. Andy came out bright and early on Sunday morning, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had our AC fixed within less than an hour.

I had an issue with a brand new mini split system. I called Quality Comfort Heating and Air and Andrew was out within a day to diagnose the issue over the phone with the warranty team to get me a new part. He even suggested a cheap upgrade to my system that would prevent any of the same issues from happening again. As a home inspector, I would highly recommend them to anyone with hvac needs!

Andrew, I came here to say thank you. Thank you for being an honest business man. Had another company out the day before who quoted $1500 or so, but wasn't sure that would fix it. Said we need a quote for a new unit. Sales guy shows up a few hours later and quotes about $13,000.00 for a new unit. Our neighbor gave us your number. You came out, lifted the cover, diagnosed the issue immediately and fixed it.

I had bought a new HVAC system last year from Williams comfort air for my mobile home. I asked to also have my duct work inspected, they never looked, though under my trailer, and never returned my calls after. Until now a year later when I was having problems with their system I was quoted ANOTHER $11,000 to fix my ducts ! So I went looking elsewhere, came across quality comfort. This company was more than an hour away from my location, but still quickly responded and made the long drive to help me out They were on time, fast, and efficient! These guys had to custom build my trunk line, and did it all in one day ! They charged me less than a third of what I was quoted from the other company. I am so appreciative!!! It's hard enough to find any company to work on mobile homes let alone ones that will do a good honest job! I'm a very happy customer!

Very responsive and very quick service. Andrew was wonderful to work with. He sent me videos of how to re-install my furnace filters since I was not home to watch him do it. Also, price was very reasonable. Air duct and vent cleaning was $200 cheaper than Stanley Steemer's quote.

I was very particular about what I wanted and how I wanted it set up. Andrew and his team came through clutch! All the electrical, ac lines, and plumbing hidden in the wall. Super clean install! We will use them again! Remember, you get what you pay for. You want a hack job with sloppy install to save a few bucks, forget it! Just call Quality Comfort Heating & Air!

Friday AC wasn't working again called at 5pm they came out 30 minutes later it was frozen over so it couldn't do a proper test. He came out Saturday checked it out. I desided to go with a new unit. Monday I came home to a cool house. Very happy with the service, quick response, less that half a day and it was complete

The guys were friendly, arrived before stated time and went above and beyond what they had to do. I'm not sure on the price because I didn't check other places but they came right away and it was brutally cold. I had to have the motor replaced on my furnace so the pipes didn't bust. So overall, I didn't think the price was unreasonable.
