I called for service on my geothermal unit which had no heat. I was out of town and needed service as the weather was in the 30's. The PCS team got to our home within a few hours, diagnosed and repaired then did an annual service while they were there. Ryan, the service tech ,was in contact with me throughout the process and was great to work with. Thanks to everyone for the great service!

My family and I have been BLOWN AWAY by the level of service and quality from the Precision Comfort Systems team.

Precision installed a new 3 ton Trane heat pump, all-electric system in our Sheridan home over the course of 3.5 days. They were recommended to us by a HVAC competitor from Fishers, which says a lot.

- Paul was a breath of fresh air. He answered all of our questions in a timely, professional, and clear manner.
- They provided 2 separate consultations and measurements of the property.
- Bill is a absolutely phenomenal worker and leader. He and his team asked questions during the installation to ensure they were meeting our expectations, showed up on-time each days and worked quietly in the house.
- They cleaned up their mess after the job was complete and even disposed of extra duct work for us (no questions asked).

We're remodeling a number of areas of our home and although some of these actions seem like common sense best practices, in our experience, that's not always the case.

It was so refreshing to work with honest, caring professionals. I can't recommend this company enough!

The team was great! We've been customers for some time but have only required regular maintenance. However, this time we needed after hours help and then a replacement of our furnace. The entire team performed great work and got us back to warmth quickly. Top notch install with little touches that made me as an engineer appreciate their skills and attention to detail. The techs at Precision Comfort are very knowledgeable about my Water Furnace and are efficient in doing the maintenance on my system.

Isaac, the tech, showed up earlier than I was expecting, an A for that. He was polite, and performed the most thorough checkup of my geo-thermal unit I have ever had in the past 5 years, an A for that. He cleaned up my furnace room very well, quite a tight area, located in my garage. It was a hot day, but no complaints from Isaac! Isaac called ahead to let me know his ETA. During his A/C service, he discovered a plugged drain line from the condensate tray which he unplugged with air pressure. He also found black buildup in the condensate pump reservoir, which I cleaned after he was done. He found no other issues with our water furnace.

Outstanding service!! My water furnace stopped working and Precision was able to get someone out the same day that I called. The technician had everything he needed to make the repair in one trip. Pleasant, efficient, and friendly experience all around. After the technician left my dogs wandered around for an hour trying to find the new fun guy that was just here.

Precision Comfort Systems did another GREAT job on our fall tune up. We love the yearly maintenance program and have been doing it for years. I love that they remind me... are always concise and professional... and my systems are running great! Logan did a great job. Today he actually found an issue and he was thorough and helpful in recommending remediation. Thank you Logan for helping spot the issue!

Logan came out to do routine maintenance on our HVAC and he was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and courteous!

Isaac has been to my house twice now, and I’ve been totally impressed with his work. Today he saved the day on *very* short notice after my AC stopped working. He is super knowledgeable, honest, polite, and just all-around phenomenal at his job. He’s the only tech I’ve worked with so far, but he’s done such a great job that I’m now a big fan of the company. Johnny did a great job with our check up of the furnace and air conditioner. He knew what he was doing and was respectful.
Precision Comfort scheduled our appointment with him because
he has been here before and they like to send the same person each time if possible . It is nice knowing the person coming to our house and knowing that he will do a great job. Keep up the good work.

We have been very pleased with the service we receive from Precision Comfort Systems! They are always on time, efficient and their techs are always very pleasant.

On July 2, due to the air conditioner not cooling, they sent a technician to our home. He informed us that the circuit board was damaged and needed replacement. After bypassing the compressor, he charged a $157 repair fee. A few days later, they provided a quote of $1,300 to replace the circuit board.
I determined that a blown fuse was causing the compressor to malfunction and repaired the fuse myself, after which the unit worked normally.

As a result, we paid a $157 repair fee and incurred approximately $150 in additional electricity costs due to the compressor being bypassed.

Consequently, I believe the company is untrustworthy, either lacking integrity or demonstrating poor repair skills. We have decided not to engage with them further and request that they do not contact us again.

We had a great experience. They came out in a timely manner, fixed the issue we were having with our sump pump and were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Enjoyed meeting Logan., Neil’s replacement. He answered all my questions. He was professional, punctual, personable & kind. He did a good job
filling Neil’s shoes and that is a big job but Logan seems like he’s up to the job. Always will miss Neil but happy to meet Logan. Way to go Precision Comfort Systems.

We’re a little disappointed that the inducer motor he replaced was only 28 months old.
