I called L.E. Isley & Sons to get a second quote for a significant leak under my bathroom sink. Both the plumbing and the fixtures were very old. Andy Jasper is the plumber they sent to my house. I immediately felt comfortable that he was giving me the very best advice and not trying to sell me on things I didn’t need. It was expensive but less than the first quote I’d received. Andy and his assistant did a terrific job. Isley even sent someone over while they were working to deliver the faucets.

These kinds of things are never fun, but Andy and L.E. Isley made it as painless as possible. I know they did the job right. Plus Andy had a delightful, dry sense of humor.

Isley Plumbing - it’s the most reliable contractor that I’ve ever dealt with in regards to my utilities. Very professional, Prompt service, and Quality Work. Shaun was a pleasure to work with and quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it leaving my house with our water heater working correctly.

Overall, very unhappy with the end transaction as I was severely overpriced and felt taken advantage of due to caring for an infant at the time.

I asked for a quote over the phone and they stated that they could not give it to me. In hindsight this was so I could be bombard before they started the work. No basic installation job should be over $300 an hour when I supplied all of the items needed.

I attempted to contact this business and only could leave a voicemail. I never heard back, other than automated survey requests.
Would not recommend.

My old kitchen faucet was leaking. I bought a new one to replace the old leaking faucet. It was ready for the plumber when he got there. They charged me $350 for them to replace the kitchen faucet. The dude was here for an hour. It was a fine install job, but it still feels like I got scammed for $350 for one hour of work.

Shaun has been to our home multiple times over the years and has always done fantastic work. Installed new tankless water heater last week while we were out of town and handled everything perfectly.

Jeremy is always thorough with good attention to detail. He also shares his experience & knowledge on preventative maintenance to prevent issues. We have used them for years.

1st Appointment was set for 10am-2pm. Got a txt/call saying “we are on our way to your house” so I went to meet them there. They cancelled the appointment without telling me bc I didn’t answer the phone even though they said in the vm to meet them at the house. The next appt was 12-4pm. They blew up my phone from 10am-12:00pm while I was in an important work meeting cursing me out for not being available early.. I was ready by 12:40 for my 12-4 window… they were supposed to call when they are ready to see if I was. If not move to the next guy and add me to the end of the list to try again later.. like every other service. These other reviews are fake, this business sucks

Second (or maybe third time) I’ve used Isley. Water heater went out and Isley was at my house earlier than expected, diagnosed my problem, had a couple of solutions for me and installed before dinner time. Price seemed fair based on my knowledge of cost of replacing same at a different location. Thanks so much for the quick response.

I am very pleased with his work and with the way he communicated the entire work operations of replacing my old water heater with a new 50 gallon State electric water heater. After my kitchen faucet broke, I contacted LE Isley and Sons to replace it. I have used this company for years and have never had a bad experience. From making the appointment to getting the faucet replaced, it was all handled professionally and politely.

Andrew showed up promptly on time, with intro call prior to arrival.
Assessed and gave best and worst case scenarios.
Finished the job efficiently and within expectations. Cleaned all of the areas where he worked and was nothing but super conscientious with my home and time.
10/10 would use again and will recommend any day.

First experience with L E Isley for plumbing needs.
We were very pleased with tech Andy and would use them again.
Basic toilet repair, faucet install and expansion tank replacement were all done with professional expertise. Andy is very knowledgeable and we will definitely use them for any future needs.
The only negative is the $25 trip charge that is probably not unreasonable but annoying.
Overall an excellent experience with office and technician contacts with L E Isley.

Andy and crew were very professional. I wanted to switch to a tankless water heater. They had all the answers to my questions, showed up the next day, and had the old unit removed, new unit installed in a little under 4.5 hours. Tarped the entire path inside to outside and did a very clean installation. Load tested the tankless heater on a large tub, and it filled the tub without running out of hot water. Performed as they said it would. Great job. Isley comes highly recommended.

I had a water softener replaced. They were able to replace it quickly and at a reasonable cost. They were also honest about what was necessary and the things that were not. I greatly appreciated their demeanor and honesty through the process.
