We were referred to Jaurez Excavating & Fiberglass Pools and the BEST decision. Mark and his crew were nothing but AMAZING! When trying to decide what color of pool we wanted, we were able to see pools that they had put in to make the final decision. Mark helped with the design of our retaining wall and because they posted other jobs, we also figured out the design we wanted for our concrete. We interviewed a lot of other places and we chose Juarez because of it being a family business and the experiences that we heard from others. Cannot wait for warmer weather so we can start using it!

Travis and Mark were very helpful with all of our questions from beginning to end of install. We appreciated their timely responses! Install was completed in 30 days - everyone worked very hard and did a great job. We're looking forward to our first opening of our pool next month and recommend Juarez for your pool!!!

If you're thinking about getting a pool, I can't recommend working with Juarez highly enough! Mark Juarez and his team were tremendous to work with. Excellent communication and customer service and quality workmanship. We also worked with their landscaper, Baudel, and he did amazing work as well. We had another company install our fence and Mark and Travis even helped with that when we ran into a couple hiccups which they did not have to do. They went above and beyond at every turn. I first had what is installed the pool for me three years ago. I had initially left a negative review after installation, but then I retracted it thinking I can help them out and that they’ve gained knowledge and experience. Since then, I allowed them to do startups and closing on my pool, a couple of times, and that went horribly.

They struggled to figure out the pool chemistry. They didn’t start my in-ground hot tub properly and left lines full of antifreeze, which I had to flush out three times. They also tried caulking around my jets In an attempt to stop a leak that they created while replacing jets in my hot tub.

Perhaps the worst the wall is that they lack education around pools and they do not know their equipment. They installed oversized pump for my hot tub and undersized pump for my pool. After talking to Pentair, I also found out that they installed undersized filter for my pool.

Finally, I reached out several times trying to work with them to let them come back and figure out what’s going on with my hot tub and why it’s leaking profusely, but they refused and said that they do not service hot tubs that they install. I would not recommend using Juarez Pools because you will end up having to learn on your own how to handle your pool and pool equipment as well as you will not have a reliable service partner in Juarez.

From Travis (our sales guy), to the young guy at their shop, to the guys in the field doing the work, to the owner Mark... They've all been so professional and responsive. We've had a great experience. Clean jobsite. Addressed our concerns the same day. Seriously, highly recommend! And we love our pool! 🩵

Yet another 5 star review for Samuel and his crew! While not a perfect install due to some cover and gel coat issues, Jurarez’s customer service and responsiveness have been excellent. I highly recommend.

We love our new pool and spa! We love that we got a chiller for the pool! Even in Iowa we needed to use it during our hot weather! The spa heats up in 15 to 20 minutes!

Sam, Mark and their whole team did a superb job on a very complex project. They care about quality and attention to detail. Best communicating contractor we've ever used. If you're building a pool in Iowa, this is the team to do it!

Fiberglass is an amazing product for a pool. It lasts forever, is low maintenance, looks amazing, and is easy on your feet.

Juárez installed our fiberglass, saltwater pool in the spring of 2023 and did an outstanding job! They employ a team of extremely hard workers and have been responsive to our every question and need since that time. They recently opened our pool for the 2024 season and went above and beyond to troubleshoot why our pool heater wasn’t working. A mouse had chewed through one of the wires and they took it upon themselves to fix it to ensure our heater was functional. We would recommend Juárez for all of your pool needs!

Sam and Mark and their team at Juarez Excavating & Fiberglass Pools are personable, knowledgeable and easily accessible during the building process. Our pool was started in early November and was completed by Christmas due to a pool house being built at the same time and some late fall/early winter weather. The process went smoothly and their workers really knew what they were doing. It was a step by step process and they performed beautifully. We had Sam and his team build us a fiberglass pool in the spring of 2023. Aside from confirming the final position of the pool we were rarely needed onsite. The team worked quickly and professionally, despite an extremely wet spring, to complete our total build in ~1 month.

- Any decisions that needed to be made were relayed with all options meticulously spelled out.

My wife and I would 100% recommend this company to all individuals looking to add a fiberglass pool to their property. We have been beyond happy with the final product, and can’t believe we’ve gone this long without the relaxation and enjoyment a pool brings.

1st off the communication was great. The install went very smooth without any glitches (except for the 1 snow day). I knew what I wanted and they offered their suggestions and saved me money in the long run. The crew was amazing. Can't think of any negatives. I highly recommend them if your looking for a new pool. Customer service was also great. I had a lot of questions being a 1st time pool owner. They always was willing to answer any of my questions , even if they was kinda silly. .
