I could not be more pleased with the thorough work by Clean Sweep Carpet Cleaning. This is a guy you can trust to get your carpets really clean. The whole experience from start to finish was five stars— friendly, courteous, prompt, thorough, professional. You get what you pay for in carpet cleaning. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in cleaning and protecting our carpet. We will be calling Clean Sweep again in the future for sure.

I highly recommend Clean Sweep Carpet Cleaning. Today was our first experience with them and it was a pleasure. We will definitely use them again in the future. They were professional, timely and knowledgeable experts! He had 40+ different chemicals on his truck and carefully assessed our carpet's condition to determine the best approach. He provided great tips and best practices for regular carpet care and maintenance-- I feel like I know much more about carpet now. And, the results look great. Overall, an excellent experience!

Brian and Ann were both very professional and personal on the phone and in person! We had a general carpet cleaning performed in our home with a cat urine issue in a 2' X 2' area. Brian explained the different options he could do and what he recommended for our specific situation. During the cleaning and extraction process, Brian went above and beyond explaining different techniques and was a "straight-shooter". I like a company that is honest and even though they may not be the cheapest in the area, I am never opposed to paying for quality and service like Brian and Ann provide over the cheap, $249 whole home providers. We are very pleased with the overall result and prevented us from replacing some carpet. We will be using Clean Sweep Carpet Cleaning for all of our carpet cleaning needs.

Clean Sweep is absolutely amazing! They have wonderful customer service from beginning to end. My Mom started using them over 20 years ago and I continue to use them for my carpet cleaning needs today! On top of the excellent customer service my carpets always look beautiful and brand new long after three boys' wear and tear. I have highly recommend them as being the best in the area!

We used Clean Sweep Carpet Cleaning to have our couch cushions cleaned. I thought it would be a lost cause thanks to the stains our kids created, but Brian and his team are miracle workers. I called Brian, at Clean Sweep Carpet Care to see if they could clean my carpet since it had not been cleaned since 1987. They did a quick inspection of my home and told me they thought it was good enough to be restored. Boy, was I skeptical! I trusted them, they did the job and I am SO happy! Clean Sweep has cleaned my carpets for 20 years. It is a longstanding family owned company. Brian is thorough and reliable. I would never consider trusting anyone else with my carpets. I can tell that the type of cleaning he does has extended the life of my carpet so it's well worth the money.

A little over two years ago we needed someone to clean our carpets in order to sell our house. Clean Sweep Carpet Cleaning was highly recommended and we were not disappointed. They were very friendly and professional on the phone and in person. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. I was a little worried as my husband had lived there almost his whole life with multiple pets and the carpet was pretty old. You can always tell when someone has pets, but they did such a great job getting the pet odor up and the stains too. They even showed me the difference as they were cleaning. I was very amazed at how dirty it actually was. The carpet was dry pretty fast and we were able to move our furniture back the same night. We definitely got what we paid for.

We just moved into a new house and the carpets were in decent shape, but definitely needed cleaned. After our experience two years ago, we wouldn't have gone anywhere else. We needed the job done fast and the carpet to be dry so we could get moved in right away. Our experience was just as good as the first time and definitely worth every cent. If you want your carpets cleaned and done the right way, I would highly recommend this company.

Curtis did a phenomenal job cleaning carpet that really should have been replaced. I had little hope for one room in particular, but was totally amazed at the results.

We have used Clean Sweep for several years and I am always pleased with their work. They do an amazing job with my white carpet that has heavy traffic. Our carpet is 12 years old and still looks new! Honest, professional and easy to work with.

This is by far the best carpet cleaning service of all time! Brian is an expert at what he does, is honest and fair, and takes pride in doing a thorough job! He was able to remove all stains, pet smells and pet oils left by uncaring tenants and restored the carpets to like new. A softness was restored to the carpets as well. Soon after the first call, a deep blue stain was left by workers in the home. Brian came by on short notice and did an excellent job cleaning it as well. I HIGHLY recommend Clean Sweep Carpet Cleaning!

Exceptionally professional.

The expertise and experience are an entirely different level from any other carpet cleaning company I have worked with. Before bringing anything into the house Brian did a full walk-through to learn the type of carpet he would be cleaning and how best to approach the cleaning to get the best outcome. He explained what he was going to be using, what we can expect in terms of drying time, and how best to maintain the carpets to ensure a long life.

Clean Sweep is awesome! Brian has been cleaning my carpets since 2002. We have a dog, a cat and a teenager. Brian is a master at getting out stains -- our carpet always looks brand new when he gets done! He knows his business, and is generous with advice on what to do between cleanings. Clean Sweep did an amazing job. I had several areas cleaned and I can't believe the transformation. The carpets look brand new and they are over 10 years old. Brian and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. He took the time to look over the areas to be cleaned and listened to my needs before beginning the work to make sure I got the best service. Brian was very professional, personable and quick to get to work. He arrived ON TIME which was impressive since I was in the middle of his day. I also appreciated him evaluating our carpets right away and determining the right care for each rug. It was customized! I could instantly tell this was not his first day on the job. He then told me his family's been in the business since 1969! Love supporting family, long-time and local businesses! My husband came home and was surprised how much better our stairs and hallway appeared from what we'd done previously with a competitor. The carpet looks much improved and is softer, cleaner than ever before (we do not have pets; just a toddler). I would highly recommend using Ankeny Clean Sweep over a heavily-advertised competitor we've used in the past. The cost was comparable but the service and product much, MUCH better! Highly recommend & we'll be using Ankeny Clean Sweep in the future for all our carpet cleaning.

Clean Sweep has been my carpet cleaning company of choice for over 10+ years! I've been happy (ecstatic) of how my carpets look every time they come. Brian is very professional, knows me by name, knows my situation (I have dogs) and is wonderful to work with! Clean Sweep is the absolute best at carpet cleaning! Our carpets get a lot of traffic and abuse with two young children, but after some restorative cleaning, they look fantastic again! I couldn't believe the difference! And I feel better knowing that the products they use are safe for my kids who just love playing on our carpets.
