CJs windows did a terrific job cleaning our windows inside and out. The technicians were extremely friendly and professional and were dedicated to making us happy. We will definitely use them again in the spring.

I have used CJ for about 4 years every Spring and I am never disappointed with their service. Great people and they do a wonderful job making my windows sparkle!

I hired CJ's window service as a gift for my parents. They did an awesome job and the guy was friendly and professional. I do have a couple of complaints though...first I booked months in advance and later they offered a 15% discount that they wouldn't honor because I'd already booked my appointment. 2nd I wasn't aware that this was a service that I should tip for, would have been nice to know that before I go to pay. If it weren't for those 2 things I would have given them 5 stars. They did great work!

We moved into a new-to-us house. It is a house built in 1998 with state-of-the-art (then) windows. We planned to replace them based on what we saw. We had CJ's Window Cleaning come out to clean them, and now we don't feel the need to replace them all! Kudos to CJ's Window Cleaning!

I contacted CJ's to wash the inside and outside of my windows and to wash the front of my house. When I got home, I found my brand new white carpet with mud and big drops of dirty water. Apparently, when they took my screens out, they set them down on the carpet and also had dripped dirty water from their tool in 3 of my 4 bedrooms. And the front of my house in one section was dirtier when they left than when they got here. And, one of my screens was pulled away from the frame and had a tear in it. And one of my windows was cloudy on the edges and had streaks.
I called right away. I can't remember for sure, but I think I talked to Josh. He was extremely apologetic and promised to look into this immediately. Colton contacted me the next day and knew exactly why my carpet was dirty and offered to come out to clean it.
He denied damaging my screen but still offered to replace it. I am almost positive he damaged it, however I declined having him replace it. I appreciate that he offered to take care of it even though he doesn't think he damaged it.
Before I could tell my husband that they were coming out on Monday, he cleaned the carpet himself.
They came out first thing Monday morning to clean the front of the house and to rewash the window. So, while I don't think they did a professional job at first, they took care of things. It was just a hassle dealing with their carelessness.

This was our first time to use CJ’s. They did an excellent and very detailed job cleaning our windows. They were easy to schedule with and were great at communicating with us for arrival times. We will definitely call them again!

I had my windows cleaned in 2025, they did a good but I had to wait to put a review to keep from having any issues or retaliation. Next time you go to someone’s home, don't talk crap about their things, “Cars junk why do they need their windows cleaned, clean your car”. There are cameras everywhere. It’s great being judged by someone who washes windows for a living with no skills.

They did an amazing job! Very accommodating to my work schedule. Highly recommend!

I hired this company to power wash my house. They were more expensive than some quotes I got, but I liked their customer service. They seemed to do a good job, but the back of my house had this dull look to it and when you ran your fingers on it, you got some dusty particles. I was told that this cannot be washed off because it’s oxidation or something like that, and the only way to get that gray siding to match the rest of my house was to get new siding. Whatever.

Well, I got some concrete work done in my backyard in November. They splashed concrete on my siding, so they brought their power washer to remove it. And, would you look at that? THEIR power washer magically made my siding the same color as the rest of the house! The impossible to get off dull stuff ACTUALLY can be washed off! See pic.

I feel scammed. The worst part is when you go to pay online and bypass the tip screen, it says “sorry, tip cannot be zero.” The pre-set tips ran over $100! Are you nuts? Well, it can be almost zero. 2 guys in board shorts sprayed my house, in nice weather, which is your business. Why would I tip for that? In all of my many interactions with tipping screens, I have never been forced to tip.

I will never use this company again.
