We have had Lyndsi from phClean for several months. She is absolutely wonderful. She is thorough, professional, and cheerful. Lyndsi also adds special touches, like setting up the little kids’ stuffed animals in a cute arrangement. She also communicates well. We love her and have had a great overall experience with phClean. Would 100% recommend without reservation.

We were VERY impressed and happy with our first deep clean. Most impressive was how every nook and cranny of our bathroom was spotless and sparkling, the hood on our stove which is a tough-to-clean area was spotless, the microwave was cleaned out, the fan in the bathroom was spotless, fan blades polished, and they even somehow found an earring I was missing! I had a single earring on a windowsill just hoping I would find its partner at some point, and when I got home it was such a personal touch to see that they had found the earring and placed it next to the other one on the windowsill. This service takes so much stress off of me as a full-time nurse leader and a full-time student planning for an upcoming baby. Very much looking forward to their business being a regular part of our lives. Thank you!!

PhClean has been caring for our home for about one year. First a deep clean and then regular standard cleaning. We could not be happier. Our regular technician, Betsy, is the best. She does a terrific job, is efficient and thorough. This is a terrific service!

We have used this service for years now. I like that when they clean, they have time to pay attention to detail and they don't seem rushed. Jesse is really friendly and efficient and does a great job cleaning even though we have two dogs and two cats that love to get in his way. Keeps the fur under control which is no small task. One person comes to clean and it feels much more "small town" and personal service. We have used two other cleaning services for our home in the Des Moines area, and pH clean is by far the best.

We've had phClean clean our home bi-weekly for about 2 years now. They do a GREAT, thorough job. We have had the same person the whole time and gotten to know her quite well. The house doesn't smell like chemicals when I get home, and it's clean. As a mom of 3 who works full time, it's an amazing feeling to walk into a clean house at the end of the day. Well worth the money to free up some of my time.

phClean consistently does a great job for a reasonable price. It's easy to communicate with the scheduling office and reschedule when needed, and they're responsive to feedback. I first found phClean because they advertise in local performing arts program booklets; their support for the community is another reason to support this local business.

Very happy with my PHClean team Lexi & Betsy they are efficient and consistent and very professional and friendly. They will leave you a note after every cleaning and advise you of any issues like maybe a slow running drain or just a note to say how much they enjoy your dog. The cleaning is always great but it's the little things that make them stand apart.

The phClean team is reliable and always on time. I love walking in the front door at the end of a long day to a clean home! Lexis is my primary service provider and is very responsive to our cleaning needs. Thank-you for all that you do to help keep our home tidy and clean.

Our regular tech is Allison, and she does an amazing job. In addition to the fantastic work, she is kind, courteous, professional, and great with our two dogs. Overall, 5-star service, and I highly recommend phClean!

We had a move out/move in cleaning done in an empty house. The cleaners were 1 hour late and did a very poor job. There were very visible spots they missed including corners of empty rooms, a sink, a hair filled bathroom closet floor, the top of the fridge and quite a few missed cupboards. The oven still had cleaner on the top few inches as it was not wiped out fully. I had to ask them to sweep the floors behind the bar, the empty storage room and the garage as they were not done. I gave them 2 stars as 1 of the cleaners let us know about a leak in a sink that we would not have known about. I’ve attached pictures of the dirty island we wiped down after they left, cobwebs, dust, a dirty sink and the dirty closet floor. Cleaning was paid for by previous owners and done on 12/10 on day of our closing.

Update: Great job today! Much better than the first cleaning. Just a couple very minor things we saw missed (master bedroom mirror on one side and shower doors in master bath). We appreciate the excellent service and nice note. My daughter loved how they put the stuffed animals on the bed!

We enjoy our time that we have gotten back by using PH clean on a regular basis this past year. Mina is efficient, timely, and precise. We have been thankful for her work in our house. She is extremely pet friendly and our dog always greets her with a tail wag. We couldn't ask for anyone better.

I'm so glad we chose PhClean for our commercial cleaning. They provide excellent and prompt customer service. Their rates are very reasonable for the job at hand too. Allison does our office and she does a great job and always leaves me a note on my desk to make me smile.

I am so thrilled to have found such a wonderful service in pH Clean! Being new to the area, I was so pleased with Josselyn's work, and I look forward to her visiting us every month in our new home. We have had them do a deep clean twice now and it has looked great ! We plan on starting bi-monthly cleanings soon.

Update: we have now been having them do a bi-monthly cleaning and it’s been great! Jordan does an awesome job! (And is very patient as my daughter asks her about everything she’s doing!)

Dayana has been our new person for awhile and she does a great job as well!

Very disappointed. Scheduled a deep clean for multiple rooms in my house and many areas were left untouched. Wall behind stove top was not cleaned. Exhaust fan in main bathroom was not dusted. Drywall dust on baseboards was left undisturbed. For the amount of money paid for the service this is not what one should expect nor is it what is described in their deep clean service. I would not recommend them.

Update - They were willing to refund half of the original charge. Always good to see that a business is willing to acknowledge their shortcomings.

Update to my review: Still very satisfied with phClean and with Liz. She does a great job every time. Liz is a life saver in my busy life.

phClean has been cleaning my house for the last year. It's one of the best thing I've done to take stress out of my life. Liz always does a fantastic job. I love coming home from a long day and my house is sparkling clean. Also phClean is so accommodating. If I need to skip a cleaning because of my schedule or illness etc, they are always willing to allow a cancellation. Love phClean!

We had a bunch of phClean people show up at our house for our first-time Deep Clean. Jackie was my point of contact and she communicated what I wanted to each of her team members. Jackie and all the others did a super-fantastic job! We're very happy :)

I've had phClean through my home on several occasions, and I've never been disappointed. The owner, Sara, has even been through to review the quality of work by her employees (which was great). I support locally owned businesses, especially with such thorough and friendly staff and strongly recommend letting phClean help you free up time for family and friends and letting you come home to the most comfortable home possible!

We absolutely love PH Clean. Coordinating with the office is always easy and flexible when changes are needed. Best of all their technicians are thorough, professional, and make our home sparkle! We love having Angela visit every other week!!! We can't speak highly enough of Angela and the entire PH Clean crew!
