The women who clean my home (route 11) are very thorough and thoughtful! They wash my floors, my windows, my faucets, everything! I walk into my home after a cleaning and it smells good, looks amazing, and I feel a grateful calm to have them help me. Thank you for your exceptional service!

I love Molly Maids of Ankeny so much. I am on route 3. The ladies that come to my home are so efficient. They come in and clean the front office first so I have a place to sit and be out of the way. They use a special cleaner that is perfect for people like me because of my allergies. They do more than I expect. Sometimes they wash my windows inside. I am elderly so having them here is a comfort to me. I have asked Molly Maids of Ankeny to come for years, and will continue to hive them here.

Very pleased with our deep clean to help this very busy stay at home mama. We will definitely be continuing to use Molly maid!

I have been with Molly Maid of Ankeny for a long time now because their services are too good to discontinue! If I have ever had a question or concern which is extremely rare, they are very responsive and will take care of it immediately. Fabiola and Adriana, route 1, are the absolute best and in my opinion, go above and beyond!

We have been using Molly Maid of Ankeny for several months and they're professional, efficient, and responsive to our questions or requests. We've had to reschedule a couple of cleanings and it's never been a problem. Pricing is very competitive and unlike some of the other cleaners we talked to - they're insured, which gives us peace of mind.

Rt 5 Dulce and Patricia did a much needed deep cleaning of my main living areas of my townhouse. They were on time and did a thorough job. I was pleased and would definitely hire them again in the future. I asked them if they would replace a few light bulbs since a recent surgery prevents me from getting up on a ladder.....and they did so.....that was very much appreciated!

For over a year and half my family has been extremely happy with Molly Maid of Ankeny. They are dependable, do an excellent job and have been flexible when a family member came down with Covid. They have made my busy life more enjoyable.

The service is great. The ladies are friendly, punctual and work together to clean my house with out me standing over them. They are very trustworthy and even tolerate my dog.. i highly recommend Molly Maid cleaning to anyone wanting a good cleaning service.

I have used the Molly Maid cleaning service for over 10 years. I love the fact that my house smells so good and looks like someone has really put a special effort into cleaning my home.I know the women that clean my home because their has been continuity in the staff for many years. This provides me with a comfort level knowing that I can trust the women who are cleaning my house and I know that they always do a good job!

The reason that I lowered the star rating (from a 5) was because the first time we used your service the work was quick, well priced, efficient, and y'all did a fantastic job!

This time around, unfortunately, it seemed like it took twice the amount of time to do the same amount of work as the last cleaning. Actually, I think y'all might have done more the first time around because we paid for deep cleaning certain areas. I also lowered the rating because invoices are super handy! I couldn't find a detailed invoice to compare the two cleanings from the first and second time around.

There was a $233.35 difference between the first and second cleaning (even with the discount).

Also the discount was not applied when our card was charged. However y'all did return the the amount after we mentioned it! Thank you very much for that!

This may just reflect a price increase that we weren't factoring in! If so please let me know and I'll gladly adjust the rating.

I was very happy that y'all prioritized getting back in so quickly! There was also miscommunication that it was okay to go over 3hrs I just wanted you to let me know first (y'all actually did this the first time you cleaned as well).

We were very pleased with our first month's cleaning from the Molly Maid team! They were very thorough, and we truly were impressed with how clean they left our entire house. Looking forward to having them back soon!

It is so nice to come home and have the house disinfected and clean. All I have to do is de-clutter which is more than enough effort for 2 kids and 2 dogs! After working all day, cleaning is the last thing I want to do in my free time. Having my Molly Maid team at my house makes my life less stressful. I'm so grateful to have them working at my home.

I love Molly Maids! They are professional and friendly while doing a great job. I am immunocompromised due to lung cancer and I have felt safe as they took precautions throughout the pandemic while they cleaned my house. I would highly recommend Molly Maids to anyone and everyone!

I’ve been using Molly Maid for a couple years now and they have become a necessity in my life! Today I had Dulce and Patricia come to clean and they are the best. I have the once a month cleaning program and am so grateful for the peace of mind it gives me between my dog and 2 year old constantly making a mess. Definitely would recommend!

Rosario and Marilyn did a great job. I needed to add two rooms last-minute and they were very nice about it! Their cleaning was efficient and thorough, and I appreciated the attention to detail--I had some air vents that were looking scary, and they wiped them down along with everything else.
