Jacob Voss is a very detailed oriented person. He listens to your questions and he asks the right questions to give you precisely what you’re looking for. He likes to start early and put in a full days work. His quality of work surpasses the competition from stapling the wires down instead of just laying them under the landscaping rocks to heat shrinking the connections to keep the water out. He definitely knows what he is doing and keeps an open dialogue throughout the process. My wife and I appreciate you sir it’s absolutely beautiful.

Voss landscape lighting was awesome to work with. We had old landscape lighting that had been installed years ago and it needed to be replaced. Jake was able to not only replace what we had, but he made some additional suggestions that really enhanced our yard. He took the time to study what we needed, then he made computer generated pictures to show what the lights would look like. He was mindful of our budget and gave us options and let us choose what we wanted. He was great with communication and we felt like we knew what was happening every step of the way. He even comes back in the evening to see if he needs to make any adjustments.

We hired Voss Landscape Lighting for around our home. Our home was rather dark & we are on a corner & it needed help. Jacob professionally drew up a computerized idea of what he thought would be a good design. His design went above & beyond our imaginations. He was easy to work with!! He listened to what we had questions about. He is an empeccable designer. He thinks of everything. His character reflects his knowledge, resourcefulness, honesty, reliability, professionalism, integrity, & respectfulness. His communication skills are excellent. He even comes back at night to make adjustments on the lights. Voss Landscape Lighting is first class. You will never be disappointed!! We have done this with our other homes, & his quality of workmanship & skills highly surpasses any other job we've had done!!! Also, it's difficult to see, but we have a screened in porch in the back corner we wanted to highlight with Landscape & Lighting. It's beautiful & peaceful back there.

We hired Jacob to do some permanent lighting for a pool house I built. He was a complete professional; he clearly communicated the options available, set expectations and then over delivered on the install timeline. Overall it was a great experience and the lights turned out exactly as we were hoping!
The product is great too, we have over 1000 color combos, all adjustable and they even move to the music! 10/10 recommend Voss for any permanent lighting solution!!

I had them do a Spring cleanup of my yard and edge the grass. There were a lot of leaves in my landscaping and they got them all cleaned up and hauled away.

Had a great experience with Jake aerating and overseeding. We had a slight misunderstanding, but Jake is great about being diligent and offering advice. Great to work with.

I hired Jake for fertilization, weed control, aeration and overseeding. I’ve had one round of fertilizer and weed control and can already see improvement in my lawn. Very professional, thorough, friendly and reasonably priced. Looking forward to seeing how my lawn looks with further application and care from Jake! I highly recommended his services!
