I used them for the first time and was totally got ripped of after paying them over 700 dollars and the unit still broke. I had them come 4 times in 2 weeks, the last time they came and said we need to replace the whole unit which will be around 5-6 thousand dollars . So we had a second opinion from modern mechanical and they said no replacement was necessary and they fix the problem. Bad business and integrity for Bryant heating and cooling. Everyone please Be ware when using them.

All the staff I worked with was professional and courteous. There was a small issue with installation, but they were able to fix the issue in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. Everyone makes mistakes and I am so appreciative they made it right. The true definition of customer service! I would highly recommend to anyone!

10/10 would recommend Bryant Iowa Heating & Cooling! I called this morning because our heat wasn't turning on and they made it a priority to come out same day. Josiah was super knowledgeable, got the heat running and communicated what the issue was and gave us some tips for future scenarios.
