I had Roberts out to replace our furnace. I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me and not give me a sales pitch. They helped me pick a furnace that was right sized for my house. Ben and Marcus did a fabulous job installing the system. The location of my heater was in a really tight spot and had odd piping. They rerouted the piping so it was cleaner and out of the way and even fixed my water heater pipes that were rusted. They even brought me a new filter and dropped it off the next day. I can’t say enough about this company! I highly recommend them. I also hired them to install new HVAC systems at my church. They are great!

Robert’s is my new go to plumbing service. I have tried many services but Robert’s is by far the best. Ben came to fix my toilet but did not have the correct piece. He helped me order the correct piece on Amazon n returned as soon as I texted him the piece had arrived. He did not charge for the initial service call- I was impressed!! I have found Robert’s to be fair n efficient with quality service. Give them a try- u won’t be disappointed!

Roberts has always been there for me when I need something repaired or installed. Great company! Good people. Today, Tyler put in a new kitchen faucet. So now I have an air conditioner, furnace, water softener, and water heater from them. Thank You!

I was so impressed with Andy and the service we got! After several days of trying to figure out what was wrong with our AC through google, a friend and another family member suggested Roberts Heating and Cooling. When I was call they were kind, empathic and got us on the schedule quickly. Called on a Wednesday and they came out Thursday. Andy knew what was wrong right away and after fixing our AC educated me on info to help us prolong our AC life. We are so grateful and impressed!! Will recommend them to everyone!

Andy came out and diagnosed the problem and got us on the schedule for the next day to replace the A/C and furnace units. Tanner and Hayden stayed late into the day to get the air up and running and the system worked great. They came back the next day and finished up the furnace install. We are very happy with the response and quality of work! Thanks guys!!

Hayden and Tanner arrived a few minutes ahead of the time I was told they would get here. Both were very courteous and answered questions as we looked over the project. I went on to work on my other projects while they started the demo needed to install a new mini split. Best I could tell the new installation went smoothly. Hayden walked me through the operation of the new unit while Tanner finished the cleanup work. Friendly people who seemed to be doing something they both like.

I have used Roberts plumbing a few times now. Yesterday I had to gentleman Taylor, who is an apprentice and his leader that Taylor called Bob did a great job at my house and we’re very friendly I would highly recommend them. I also feel that they were reasonable on all their pricing. What I liked is that it they pull out
a book and say this is going to cost you this much.

We had Ben come help because out Heater wouldn't kick on. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had the part with him! Ben was polite, clean, and very efficient. He even saw a couple of open spots in our floor and he filled them in with expanding foam. Thank you Ben for your efficiency and knowledge of mobile home furnace settings.

We had Robert’s Heating and Cooling come and fix our furnace today. They were on time, wore protective slip on covers over their shoes, our technician Ben was super friendly and explained what needed to be done. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends

Great service all the way around. Michelle in the office was polite and efficient. Ben and Tanner did the installation. They were quick and left no mess. Both Tanner and Ben answered my questions completely. Again, very impressed from start to finish.

Roberts is great company with excellent employees. They came out right away to temporally stop a leak late on a Friday afternoon. They then got me on the books for a permanent repair. They were very fast, reliable, detailed, and cleaned up after the job. We will use this company again and recommend to anyone looking for quality service at an affordable price. Great Job!!

Ben and Alex arrived promptly to install a main water shutoff valve that I could easily access. Despite the limited space and ceiling constraints, they executed the installation efficiently. They completed the task within the allocated time frame and meticulously cleaned up the area before departing. The cost of the services was lower than the initial estimate. I highly recommend their services for any future plumbing requirements.

Their service was prompt and professional. They did an excellent job assessing our situation and needs, and educating us on our options. A big 'Thank You!" to Andy(owner and former Vet), Hayden and Tanner for installing our new Ruud 2-stage HVAC system. Whisper quiet compared to my 24 year old system from Lennox. I appreciate the attention to detail during the design and install, included upgraded duct work, an upgraded thermostat and humidifier, and an inline UV light for allergen cleaning (at my request), all at a great price. I've had Roberts Heating Cooling Plumbing here before to replace an aging water heater, also very happy with that work. Our heat stopped working and Roberts came first thing, early in the morning to get it repaired. They were so quick and knowledgeable about our furnace. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Our furnace quit Monday evening. I called Monday night but they was booked for the night. They came early Tuesday morning. The technician went to work right away. He figured out the problem fast. Went and got the paper and got us going fast. Then he made out a bill and I paid. He was very professional and worked fast. The bill was very reasonable. I will use them for maintenance.

Our AC systems fan went out on the outside unit. We scheduled with Roberts for repair. Andy was our repair guy and he was AWESOME! Unit was under warranty and Andy fixed it quickly. Also showed us how to clean unit and gave us tips on how to keep the unit maintained. Excellent customer service all around. I was recommended then by a coworker and family and they met my expectations. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks. 5 stars!!!

Highly recommend Roberts. They have done two jobs for me, the first a complete HVAC replacement, timely and professional, and below the costs of the well-advertised HVAC companies in town. The second, an A/C unit install, where they went above and beyond in getting it done. This is my go-to HVAC company.
