Poor management and negligence. Installed a sidewalk in West Des Moines just south of Bishop Drive on 98th Street and left the string attached to two stakes on each side of the sidewalk so the string was still across the sidewalk, even after it was completed. The company did not block off the sidewalk and there were no signs saying that construction was still going on with the sidewalk.

I was out for a run on June 8 at around 8 AM in the morning and severely injured my knees, hands, and elbow due to their negligence of leaving the string across the sidewalk. I contacted the company via their "Contact Us" on their website but it's been almost a month now and they have ignored my message.

I needed restoration in my basement after my sub pump stopped working. They did a great job and made sure I was communicated all along the process.

This company did work on my house after a fire. The demo guy broke the attic stairs. They didn’t even put a real door back on the entry to the attic. The clean up was terrible. And their 5 year warranty is useless. The electrician Seemed inbred and I will leave it at that. I even told nation wide insurance to offer a different company besides this one. They had said that they tested for asbestos claimed to had clean out the ducts. When I went to change some of the ducts in my house you could see the smoke stains.

Luke Erickson and his team were fabulous! I had a large renovation and everything turned out perfect! They did quality work! They were on time, easy to talk to, and respectful. I would give them a 5 plus star!!! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for making this renovation process so easy for me! I appreciate you all!!!

After having a water leak the restore team did a great job getting the area dried out and currently in process of reconstruction. I am currently working with Dan and dealt with a couple of communication issues but was able to get them resolved. It can be frustrating if a phone call is not returned or an email not answered quickly. Good communication is important when technology works correctly.

Our experience has been very positive. The mitigation crew were timely and thorough. The estimator accurately documented damages and collaborated well with our insurance adjustor. The restoration crew and project manager did a great job with repairs and met all our expectations.

ServiceMaster just finished work on my house. I had a water leak due to some old plumbing in my house. It impacted our daughters bedroom, downstairs bathroom, upstairs bathroom and our kitchen. They were very detailed on what to expect and provided guidance along the way. I was extremely stressed from the situation and ServiceMaster removed that stress! From the mitigation team to the reconstruction/restore team, communication was always on point. I was very happy with our main contractor that was used along with the plumber. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Thank you ServiceMaster!!

The absolute worst. Luke came off as the best in the beginning, very helpful and knowledgeable. After many no shows as scheduled and then only getting one half a days work in on a Friday which they also stepped through the ceiling of my kids room leaving a huge gaping hole leading to the attic with mold. They scheduled to return on Monday to finish their work. Monday came and nobody showed up and when I called they then told me they went to new jobs that came in over the weekend and sent someone to pick up their equipment from my home which took only 15 min.. A whole week went by and my kids room still had a huge gaping hole in the ceiling leading to an attic with mold damage. I finally had enough and threw a fit expressing how absolutely messed up the situation was at which point Luke instantly asked for the cashiers check and contract I had been hanging onto because he never showed up to go over it and get it as scheduled. Needless to say I cut all ties with this awful company and I’m left paying for repairs to my home from damage they did.

Stud improvements has done a couple jobs for us and we will definitely use them again. Timely and well done. When they start a project they finish it in good time and this is huge if you have ever had any contract work done you know. We love how our trim work and flooring turned out. And then we had some deck work that needed to be complete and that was done so well. Adrian is easy to work with anf his employees are respectful and do quality work.

Adrian and his guys are top notch. I had him finish my basement and they did a great job and are good people. Highly recommend for your next project.

End product looked great and the work ethic was greatly appreciated.

This man is a scheister. He doesn't pay his employees and then gaslights them and doesn't respond to their calls or messages for months. Don't go to this company to support a person like this. He doesn't even deserve 1 star but that is the lowest google would let me put. What a disgrace.

We worked with Stuf Improvement multiple times to renovate our home. They did a great job.

Adrian and his guys were great. They were on time and took care of exactly what I asked. They even did some extra work to fix what someone had done a poor job on before. Will definitely use them in the future. Thanks guys!

I have been working with Adrian for several years both in my own home and in my rental properties. He’s a perfectionist and he’s never seen a project he can’t handle. Very professional and amazing work.
