Constraction reviews in Clive, Iowa

Adrian and his crew did our new kitchen countertops and did a great job taking out old countertops and installing new granite countertops, new sink and faucet! The process went very smooth and would highly recommend his company!

Adrian has done multiple projects for us. He's professional, fair, and does great work. We'll certainly use Stud Improvements for future home projects.

Adrian and his team did a great job on a major home renovation for us. Tear down, build walls, drywall work, painting, plumbing, tile work. All high quality and fair prices.

Adrian and his team did such an amazing job. We have had whole bathroom remodels to ceiling being fixed. They r always on time professional and clean up after. I trust them for any job.

My wife and I have used Adrian for drywall, trim and many other construction services in our current and previous house. He’s very meticulous and has a lot of pride in his work and does it all for a very fair price. 10/10 would recommend!

STUD IMPROVEMENTS repaired my home where water had leaked behind the siding. The siding repair was flawless a n d he went the extra measure to replace the areas of damage instead of just covering it up. It is a comfort to know the job is done correctly. Call Stud Improvements.

We hired Stud Improvment to redo our master bathroom shower and flooring. We are very happy with the end result. They were easy to work with: responsive, efficient, never left a mess and they do quality work. Would recommend in heartbeat!

Adrian and his crew were efficient, detail oriented, and very communicative! Highly recommend for your home improvement needs!

Adrian and his team are professionals. He’s a visionary for projects and listened to our wants/needs and built around that. I would 10 out of 10 recommend him for the quality of work his team does and does it priced fairly.

Adrian and the team were incredible. We love our remodel. He completely redid our living room, kitchen, dining room, and floors. The quality of work is high and the value he provides is truly unparalleled. We have more projects for the team and can’t wait to have them work on the rest. Highly recommend.

Adrian did great work on our basement. The quality is better than the rest of my house. Even though we only did basic finishes, Adrian did his best to still provide the best product for our budget. Stud Improvements comes highly recommended for jobs both big and small.

I used Stud Improvements for two separate projects, and I am really impressed with the result of both. Adrian installed lvp in our basement, and also installed a twin-sized wooden porch swing that needed load bearing reinforcement on our front porch.

Adrian was professional and patient with each question I had regarding the process of both projects. The install of both projects were seamless, and the prices of both were great.

I was really impressed with the entire process—the quotes, knowledge, great workmanship quality, clean-up, and professionalism, and would highly recommend to anyone needing home improvements.

We have used Stud Improvement to replace the trim and doors throughout our house and are using them again to redo our patio. The quality of the work is unmatched! We have been so impressed with how quickly they get the job done and how professional they are. I honestly don't think we will ever go to anyone else for our home improvement projects. They stand by the work they do and you will not be disappointed. I absolutely recommend them for any upcoming jobs you may have!!

We just recently had our bathroom remodeled by Adrian and team and couldn't be happier with the results. The price was fair, and he was incredibly collaborative and responsive throughout the entire process. Adrian is just a pleasure to work with, always professional and accommodating to our needs. This was the second project we've had them do, and we fully intend on working with them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Bathroom remodel complete! Wonder how and Adrian is very easy to communicate with. Listened to what we were looking to do and came up with creative solutions. Would recommend for any size job!

We recently had Adrian and team redo our master bath and could not be happier with the outcome. The team was professional and efficient. Adrian listened to our vision and provided his professional opinion and ideas to help our vision become a beautiful and functioning reality. The project was completed timely and within a very fair budget. We fully intend to utilize Adrian and team for future projects! Highly recommend!

Adrian, with Stud Improvements was attentive, knowledge and extremely helpful in guiding my project. He was able to walk through my home and identify cost saving possibilities. Very professional!

The final product was great. I wish the timeline had been shorter, the communication clearer, and the clean-up between phases of the project had been more complete, but overall Adrian cared about getting it right.

Stud improvements did a terrific job at my place with my kitchen and master bathroom, Adrian and his crew were very easy to work with, great attention to detail and great communication, with stud improvements you don’t have to hire 10 different contractors, one call does it ALL.
