Constraction reviews in Clive, Iowa

Adrian updated the whole first floor of our 90s construction home. We really appreciated his collaboration through the design and decision process, offering a lot of flexibility to us on what would work best. The job required a wide range of projects and we are thrilled with the outcome for the everything.

Adrian has done multiple projects for me. He is the best! His work is quality and he does it in a short time frame. He was easy to talk to and always checked in with us each step of the way. We did a whole basement remodel. He did demo, cleanup and new construction. We will use him again!

Adrian and his crew are great!! Highly recommended! Adrian has done multiple projects for us. Everything from finishing our basement to recently installing a new patio door. Their attention to detail is top of the line! Will definitely continue using Adrian in the future.

We first used Adrian to replace a sliding door that was stuck open. He helped us in a pinch and did great carpentry work. When we had our main floor remodel we knew we had to ask him. Adrian was great at giving me ideas on layout and plans, which were creative and helpful. He was instrumental from the very beginning. Anytime I had questions or concerns, he would talk through them and we would figure out the beat way to make it work. I am so impressed with quick time and hard work ethic he and his employees had. My house turned out beautiful and Im so thankful we chose Stud Improvements. You cant go wrong here. Thanks Adrian!

We hired Stud Improvements to do two bathroom remodels. Adrian and his colleague did a beautiful job. The job was completed in a timely fashion and they left each evening with the space picked up as well as it could be, they also put tarps up to keep the dust from traveling to the rest of the house. I am going to hire Adrian to remodel my kitchen and bath adjacent to the kitchen with confidence they will do a great job. I’ve had a bad experience with a siding contractor so to find a good contractor is a breath of fresh air. Thanks Adrian!

Adrian is a creative genius. He has completed tons of projects for me and my home including building a bathroom from scratch out of a closet, renovating an existing bathroom, building a washer and dryer nook on the main floor, building ramps for accessibility both indoor and out, updating lighting fixtures, and general maintenance/repair projects. I would never go to anyone else. I love planning projects with him and his team, and I look forward to working on the next projects on the list! If you want someone who is knowledgeable in their field, quality work, and a beautiful finished result, go to Stud!!!

This is our second remodel project with Adrian and his team at Stud Improvements. They are always professional, innovative and considerate. I’m hoping to finish two more projects with them in the next year. Adrian has great ideas when I need them and his work is excellent. So far, they have renovated our kitchen, built out a pantry and a laundry room where none existed and remodeled our living room fireplace wall. I will always recommend Adrian and his team to anyone looking to do some work in their home.

I am a first time homebuyer and Chad is AMAZING!!! In my home search, I ended up having two inspections done by him within one week - two different properties. He is very flexible with scheduling and prompt with communication - I scheduled both inspections just the day before. I also had the pleasure of being present during both inspections. Chad takes his time to complete the inspection and is very informative. He showed me where everything was located and would point out even the most minor details - whether related to foundation, electrical, plumbing, mechanicals, cosmetic, safety hazards, etc. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to educate me through his experience and expertise. In addition, in his report, he makes sure to be explicitly detailed and explanatory. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Peak Home Inspections for your first or next home inspection!!

Chad was professional, personable, and very thorough with his inspection. After he began the inspection, he invited me to stay as he completed his report. I was worried that I'd be awkward, or "in the way," but he explained everything he was looking at as he went. I felt confident in my new house purchase after his inspection. Would recommend!
