Excellent service! Caleb and Tyler were very professional and I was impressed with how quickly they fixed my garbage disposal. They clearly knew what they were doing!

Water heater was on the fritz and called Rhiner's to see what the issue was. We ended up needing a new water heater and process couldn't of been any more pleasant. Keith and Jake made the visit enjoyable. They were able to get a new one here and installed within a couple hours all the while being incredibly courteous which you don't always see nowadays. Couldn't ask for better service guys.... great attitude and they got the job done quick! Couldn't recommend Rhiner's more!! Great job Keith and Jake!!

Ed was very friendly and courteous while here fixing our leaking faucets.

Highly recommend BILL Rhiner’s Plumbing. NOT Wayne Rhiner plumbing. Had a water heater installed. Got a fair price quoted over the phone so no surprises. Plumber found a few minor things (replaced an old valve) and fixed them at no additional charge. They just wanted the job done right! Really appreciate them being efficient and on time. Ed was the lead plumber was was extremely professional and made sure I understood the mechanics of the new water heater. This is a well established business with a great reputation for great work and fair pricing. Highly recommend them

Discovered a water heater leak on a Sunday am. Luckily Vadim was on call! Spoke over the phone right away. He & Casey delivered a new heater first thing Monday am. Very professional and I was in the best of hands! Thank you so much!
UPDATED 4/16/21: Another wonderful job & outstanding service this time from Ed @ Rhiners! He kept me posted while the needed part was found & quickly fixed a leaking toilet. Ed was very professional & gave exceptional customer service!

We were very pleased with the professional way Rhiner's took care of ordering the part and repairing our broken faucet. Nate also did an excellent job of taking care of three other small plumbing issues at our home on this repair visit. We have used this company in the past and will continue in the future..

We have used Rhiner’s for several years. In January we had them install a new tankless water heater (their quote was WAY lower than another well-known company in town) as well as a new toilet in our master bedroom ensuite. A few weeks later we noticed a water leak in the room below the toilet. It turned out that a faulty toilet installation was the culprit. They were very quick in coming out to make the repair at no charge and very quick and accommodating in getting the drywall repair made. We were very satisfied with their response and we will continue to be Rhiner’s customers!

Called for emergency plumbing service, was told they were sending the information to their office, and never received a call back. I after 45 minutes I contacted another plumbing company and they had a person assigned within a 15 minute call. If you need emergency service don’t bother with this company.

This is for the service department ONLY…After the build division made many, many mistakes on a new construction project, the service department guys came in and made everything right! It was a duplex with each side having three full bathrooms as well as kitchens, so these wonderful men re-set all six toilets, re-worked all of the faucets, checked and re-worked both garbage disposals and made everything right! I can’t thank them enough for the excellent work they did!

Called Rhiner's to check out my furnace which was having problems - Russ came out and was highly knowledgeable, skllled, friendly and helpful - took care of the problem - explained things to me along the way and the service and attention to every detail was amazing! Great job!

Called Rhiner's today - for a new sump pump. Nate came and did fabulous job, without a mess, which was tricky. It's easy to be a loyal customer when they do such great work and the service people are so outstanding!

Brian and Andrew both were out working on a thorny problem. Both were quick, smart, hard working, and got the job done. Fantastic work, and we'll be calling them whenever we need an excellent plumber.

Had them come out to quote a replacement reservoir tank. After talking we decided to entertain getting a whole new system with multiple water heaters. Never received quote or further communication even after calling the office for an update.

From the first phone call rhiners was so helpful and easy to work with. We had a bit of bad luck this winter with our hot water heater and furnace going out. They were able to promptly address each issue as well as do it for a better price than their competitors. They care about meeting the needs of their customers and are honest about repairs and price. We will continue to use rhiners for maintenance and any needs we may have.

Worked with Ed... he is great and as a bonus very dog friendly. He called ahead, came early, offered great options to resolve my issue that saved me quite of bit of money. I have used Rhiner's a couple of times over the last few years, the experience has been wonderful. Will use them again when needed, especially if I can get Ed to come out.

These guys charged my elderly mother in law $5k to install some new faucets and 4 toilets (don’t get me started on that rip off!). As if that wasn’t bad enough she had to call them back to reset a toilet because they are unprofessional and didn’t do it correctly to begin with. They charged her $400 for resetting it! She also said the person they sent had a terrible attitude towards her. Now my mother in law has recently passed away and we found the billing for this, so I called and asked them to once again come a 3rd time and reset the toilet they still hadn’t set correctly as I discovered. They put the service manager on the phone and she immediately got attitude with me saying they would charge once again since it had been almost a year since initial install. I told her I’d just leave a bad review and be done with them! This company is committing fraud on the elderly and should be put out of business. Do yourself a favor and call TPI Plumbing out of Waukee. Get it done correctly the first time.

I am a long time customer of Rhiner’s. They installed my ac and furnace, replaced my water heater, and have done multiple plumbing repairs and upgrades over the years. Today, Ed installed my beautiful new single basin stainless steel sink. I appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and focus on customer service. He kept me updated throughout the process, answering all of my questions, and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the installation was finished. I will continue to use Rhiner’s and highly recommend them.

Don Smith and team were amazing to work with! I needed emergency work done on my sewer line and they came out right away, explained everything that needed done, and were upfront about the cost. It was a rough job for them but they were very professional, communicative, and reassuring. Thanks for everything!

asked for a estimate on breaking up the floor and fixing the pipe that had collapsed. He came out and said he charges $375 a foot and he would send me a estimate. 2 weeks later no estimate even after I have called the business a few times asking. Never heard a word from him again. I had another plumber in the area come out and this particular plumber said it's usually $150 a foot. He continued to tell me that that's what Bill rhiners does to people. I would advise not ever using this company as they are trying to get the most out of your pocket they can and not even professional enough to let you know they don't wanna do the job! Zero stars.

Our a/c went out and Rhiner's was able to get us in within 24 hours!!! Brian was extremely knowledgeable and took us through everything that was happening with honesty. Not to mention the lowest price! We also had them replace our water heater last winter. Highly recommend!

Hi, I had a leaking toilet tank and after two attempts I didn’t want to crack the tank and called Rhiner and had Brian come over. He did an excellent job working carefully to get the problem fixed. What’s special about this company is that they truly care about taking care of you. My wife also commented on how friendly and professional Brian was at our home. We have used this company for over 30 years and can always expect the best.
