Have been using Veteran lawn Services for 2 seasons now and we love the results. Our grass is greener and thicker then it has ever been. We would highly recommend Veteran Lawn Services to anyone!!!

My lawn continues to look great! They show up when the say they will and their rates are vey reasonable. I’ve checked around and have found they are very competitive. I have enlisted their services for the next season.

I didn't realize how overgrown my yard had become. Kaleb's "special forces", aka Matt, did an incredible job. He took care of things I've been saying for years I needed to do. His rate was more than fair for the level of work done. I will be using his service next year and would recommend him to anyone.

I even videoed them cleaning up my entire backyard. They worked hard and quickly. They made sure my backyard was perfect. AND I'm PICKY!

Veteran Lawn Services, has taken my yard from looking overgrown to looking literally a million times better than it did prior to hiring them to manage my lawn. I travel a lot for business so, I will be gone from the property for weeks to a month at a time. I was tired of having my lawn over grown every time I am away, so I hired Veteran Lawn Services to keep the property clean & clear of overgrowth. They are professional, thorough & they actually respond when you call them or email them. I also have them doing Weed Control Herbicide, Fertilizer, & in the fall we will use them to over seed the lawn. I am a man of I am going to do it myself, however I have learned that some times you cannot do it yourself, if you would like your property looking its best, I 100% recommend Veteran Lawn Services by far the best lawn service I have ever had hands down.

I had a large number of bushes and hedges that needed to be trimmed- plus new mulch put down in all the landscaped areas-
It was a big job to do on a day with temps in the 90’s! The three young men worked their tails off in that heat- while keeping a professional, upbeat attitude. They really impressed my husband and I. We will call them again! David & Cathy Webster

This is our first year with Veterans Lawn Care. However, I must say the service and results are beyond acceptable (I'm very particular 😊). Our yard has never been this lush and thick! Kaleb and his crew are prompt and very responsive. I would highly recommend.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but you have to give something. Caleb & his employees are very rude & very disrespectful & cuss at you. We do not even hire them. Our neighbors do. They blow all the grass they cut into our yard after asking them mupilte times not too as we bag our lawn. When you ask them not to do it, they respond by telling you to shut up & ignore you & do it anyways, or cuss you out. When you call the owner to try & speak to him about it he is also rude & arrogant & hangs up on you. He is very unprofessional & very rude. Not only are they blowing the clippings into my yard they blow them all over the city street too & have had to be talked to by the city for that as well. Instead of being a professional business owner & doing the job correctly he feels he can do as he pleases & treat people any way he wants. Including the neighbors to his customers. Our neighbor has told him & the employees mupilte times as well. He doesn't have respect for anyone including the people who employee him.
I can see why he goes through employees the way he does with the arrogant attitude he has. He is far from a professional & can't even do his job properly. I have also seen where the neighbor has had to call them to come back mupilte times for not doing the job correctly, forgetting areas, not cleaning everything up, etc.
His employee today once again told me to shut up as he countined to blow all the grass into my yard.
So I called Caleb which again was just a waste of my time as he also was rude & told me he isn't dealing with me & hung up on me. Very uncalled for. Yes I might not employee this company but when I'm calling about something from YOUR business a professional business owner should be polite & properly handle the situation. Not Caleb he is rude & arrogant. All I'm asking is to not have all the neighbors lawn clipping all over my bagged lawn. I honestly don't think that is to much to ask for & should be respected as they could come to the edge of my property & blow the clippings back into her yard off her driveway instead. I should NOT have the neighbors mess in my yard.

Always do a great job. Fast, friendly and professional. Prices are very reasonable.

UPDATE: Five years later and I have to say that I left Veterans for another service and regretted it. Hired Kaleb and his crew back this past Spring and I'm glad to be back. Can't recommend them enough.

I can not say enough positive words about Veterans Lawn Care.. They quoted me a very fair price. They were on time, professional and very nice. This is my second year. This year so far my lawn looks great. I would advice every one who wants a nice looking lawn to give them a call.

If you are looking for a lawn service company that will take the time to review and recommend the needs of your lawn to keep it looking its best, I highly recommend Veteran Lawn Services. I have had excellent service from this company for the past 4 years. The owner is highly involved with his great team and always willing to answer any question you have about your lawn.

Kaleb and his team have been awesome with my yard needs. He has made more of a difference with my weed control in two seasons that other companies could not accomplish in 4 years. The prices are fair and his communication and service is top notch. I would recommend to anyone.

This is our first Spring of using this lawn service. They have been excellent to work with. I’m proud to show off my yard (but only the Veterans team can take the credit). There are 2 things that impressed me the most. (1)My lawn is green and full. Compared to a neighbors yard, who has a lawn with several dandelions. (2)At their first mowing, they went over mowing the lawn twice. The trick of this is that it puts lanes of green in the opposite directions. Perfect!

Kaleb and his team are outstanding! They started mowing our lawn in August 2023 after we came back to Iowa. Kaleb took the time to come to our house on a Saturday during his very busy season. Kaleb took great care in mowing our lawn the first time because it had gotten very long due to just moving into our house. He and his team are extremely professional and dependable. When Kaleb says he will do something, consider it done! We highly recommend Kaleb and his team for all your lawn care needs!

Veterans is locally owned and by far way better than the large corporation from Omaha I used before. They are very professional and have my yard looking great. The owner answers the phone and is very helpful. My elderly father in-law needed something done that was not in their usual scope of work and Kaleb got right on it. I have also seen them participating in community events like the Veterans Day parade. If you are looking to switch companies or just getting one Veterans is a great choice.

Dropped my previous fertilizer company to go with Veterans lawn service after I observed the results of how well they did at my church at 634 Willow Ave.

Skilled, honest and professional work by Chad Taylor Excavating. Our very large, very old, 12 ft deep swimming pool was demoed and filled correctly, the first time, by Chad Taylor Excavating in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Large amounts of concrete were removed; tons of clay and topsoil were delivered, compacted and graded. Clearing and clean-up was extensive. Chad Taylor provided and followed his estimate, plan, and timeline. My husband and I, both decades-long business owners, highly recommend Chad Taylor Excavating. We will continue to use his services for home and business.
