Matt has been to our place to fix a plumbing problem and we are very pleased with his professionalism. Total Comfort Group has been great to work with.

Everyone I spoke to or met with were very friendly and helpful. Our technician Nate was also great, helped explain what was going on and very efficient

Lucas came out to our house on a Sunday — which alone deserves major credit. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he explained everything clearly without talking over us. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem fast, had the part right in his truck, and fixed it on the spot. Boom — done.

Great experience until I got a $4200 estimate to hand dig a 2 1/2' hole, make two cuts on a pipe, slip in a one foot piece of pvc, connect it with two $5 band connectors and backfill the hole.
$10 in material + 2 hours of work.
$2100/hr

Had a pipe backing up so called my go-to company and they arrived within an hour. Great service from initial call to completion. Truly zippy!

I had a leak in a copper line leading to the outside hose faucet. Chris and Kaden came in and fixed it without issue. Super nice guys and professional. Thank you gentlemen!! Highly recommended. I will be calling them again.

I was real skeptical about calling any plumbing company because of a previous experience I had with a well-known company that charged me $2000 to unplug a toilet. But Nate assured me they wouldn’t come anywhere close to that that they would go in and clear the drain and be done And he was. He was very professional kept me informed of what he was doing. Extremely nice gentleman cleaned up his mess when he was done and it was just an all-around really good experience and I am keeping the number and for any other future issues that I might have in my house which is the next one will probably be an HVAC problem With my fireplace. I will be calling them.

David came out to our house when it was 10:30 at night and fixed our furnace so we could have the heat back on during this recent cold snap. We really appreciated the after hours service to get our family warm once again. I would recommend them anytime!

Ian was very polite and friendly. It only took a few minutes for him to diagnose my problem with my toilet. My problem wasn't covered and I declined the out of pocket repair. Ian was understanding and I greatly appreciated that.

I also want to mention that I spoke with Madison in the office several times. She was always so kind and patient and provided the best customer service ever!!!!

NATE came out after having two other ppl from same company attempt to do the same Job. Those two others tried for a combined 2hrs between them to clear our sewer drain. Nate come out and drink was clear in 20mns! Good Guy and highly recommend him for any job! Thanks Nate

Seth showed up after a long drive in the blinding fog. He listened to what we had been doing already and what was going on. He went to work quickly, completely unplugging our sewer line. He explained what he found, what he needed to do, and what he would be doing after he was done here.
The Office staff is also great. I talked to two of them. They listened and were empathetic for what we were dealing with. They explained how they worked with our insurance and what they could or could not do.
I can’t thank them enough. Even though they are out of town, I’ll refer them to people based on this interaction.

Matt and his co-worker did a fantastic job. They were able to think outside the box and diagnose an issue that a competitor did not catch, ultimately saving me time, money, and issues in the future. 5 stars for that these techs!

I’ve had multiple technicians consoles for me. (Chris, Matt, & Nate). All are a pleasure to work with. They’re knowledgeable and reliable. Hats off to a well ran organization. Ladies in the office (Aubrey & Hannah) are great as well.
