These guys are truly the best. They do their very best to come out as soon as possible and always go above and beyond. Shout out to Jackson who came out today to help us when our kitchen flooded, he was knowledgeable, respectful, and explained what happened/why and gave great advice on preventative measures for the future

Representative arrived on time. He wore booties to keep floors clean. He was Very prepared: he wore a huge tool backpack, carried a large tool duffel bag and an additional bag of everything he might need. He only returned to his truck once and that was after the work was finished. None of the in and out nonsense many other workers manage.
He explained how often to change our air filter and was professional and polite.

Lucas was awesome. He took time to answer all my questions and explain the issues to me so I could make an informed decision. Had a new system installed after my AC failed in 100 weather. Total Comfort came out within 10 hours and had me up and running and then came back 2 days later with the new system. I highly recommend Lucas and Total Comfort.

This is a great company to work with. Wade, Cole, Chris, and Bentley were professional, kind, knowledgeable, and all around great guys. They have kept me informed and have provided pictures throughout the process of all of the projects they have been doing. Thanks so much guys! And please recognize all of these guys and their helpers. Matt the new tech came out today and was absolutely amazing! We couldn't be happier with him and all you!

I had an excellent experience with Total Comfort Group! Everyone who helped in any way was professional, friendly, efficient, did technically proficient. T.J. was here to attempt to repair my system twice and was great both times. Zee did the replacement for me when the equipment was in. He did an excellent job - even with it it being extremely cold and icy when he had to get my new equipment in and the old one out.

Chris was sent to clean up a mess from the fourth flood of sewage in our basement. It shouldn't have happened, but Home Serve refused to repair the source of the problem. If this was the medical field that would be considered malpractice. We pay for the service, fix the problem! Don't just clean up the area and say that's good enough!
However, Chris could only do what they authorized, and he was awesome. He got as much flotsam up as he could, and had an amazing attitude and smile on top of it. I hope he gets paid well. That's a nasty job!

Nate was my tech… he was prompt and very courteous. I felt comfortable with him in my home. The office was very easy to work with as well as very pleasant! I would recommend this company highly!

During our home inspection they noticed our water heater flue wasn't connected. Total comfort group was quick to send Lucas over and he did a fantastic job getting it fixed! He was very polite and kind. You could tell he cared about the quality of his work. Highly recommend!!
