Sean was great to work with.

He arrived for the initial appointment to give an estimate and the actual insulation on time. Explained all of the parts of the quote to make sure everything was covered.

He performed the work as needed and was very thorough and clean up after the job. Also answered any and all questions we had about the work they were doing.

Pricing was extremely competitive with others we have gotten quotes for on a similar project.

Would highly recommend.

I had an issue that needed resolved quickly, they did a through check of my plumbing on two separate days and found the issue wasn't on my end which im great full for. They just charged me for the service call fee which was even better. Im happy with thier friendliness, and non aggressive manner. You know the we gonna try to find something wrong so we can charge you an arm and a leg. There was none of that. They came to address one problem and focused on that problem and offered me tips for future u foreseeable problems in the future. I can respect a company like that!

Fantastic experience, or at least as good as it gets when it involves a burst pipe in a wall. Sean was quick and professional, solving the issue and even offering a few solutions that made our water supply lives a bit easier going forward. Can't recommend highly enough.

Technician was nice but scammed me. I’m a senior citizen. He said they didn’t work hourly. Quoted me $1000 for the job of turning my water on and finding any and all leaks. He fixed 2 pipes, then found a couple of other issues. Thought this was included in the quotes as he said there was other stuff included, not listed. To make a long story short, they charged me over $2300 and wanted to come back for an extra $1500
As they hadn’t finished the job. I asked them to leave and said we are done. Called another plumber who finished the job for $267. Home Run Plumbing is a scam artist. They aren’t even licensed in Iowa! Do not do business with them. They’re charges are a grand slam to the customer!

Only use these guys if you have rich uncle to pay the bill!! Had them come out to my 90 year old mothers house a couple years ago when they were still DEEZ Plumbing to replace the kitchen faucet and they did a great job at a fair price. Had them out again some months ago to fix a leaking toilet (now HR Plumbing) and they rebuilt it but charged a lot. Had them out Friday to reset a toilet where the wax seal was leaking. They did that plus sold her new shut off, and a minor tank rebuild neither of which she needed. The bill was $863.49 - to replace a wax ring! Ridiculous!!!

My issue is not with the technician who came to my home to replace my water heater, it's with the owner of the company who took advantage of my precarious situation to price gouge me.
Initially they wanted me to buy a water heater from them but we're going to charge me $2800 dollars for service and disposal. So I bought my own instead and saved $1540.
So when the technician showed up late he did a good job but still charged me $1261 for two hours of labor and disposal of old unit. Unless your are desperate for repairs DO NOT HIRE THEM.

Sean was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure we knew all of our options when we needed a new water heater installed. Great customer service!

Home Run has been amazing! Zack and Sean have both provided excellent service and made time to address my plumbing issues quickly. Low water pressure due to piping, a hose spigot leak, and a sump pump replacement have all been fixed with care.

Stool was leaking when flushed. Home Run responded same day that they were called. The seal had gone dried up between tank and stool. I was given three choices to fix the problem. I chose to replace the stool. It was replaced the next day.

I had a mini-emergency because Thanksgiving was coming and our kitchen sink wasn't working. I called Home Run and they had someone out that afternoon. He worked for 3 hours to get everything fixed, did a great job, and talked to me about other changes I could make to stop a problematic trap under the sink. Top notch service and quality!
