I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring this person he damaged my drive in the process of cutting my tree and guaranteed me that it would be fixed at no expense to me. Since then I have tried to contact Kelly Paul and have had No response from him

We hired Kelly to remove three trees and grind the stumps. Kelly cut down the first two trees and left for the day after getting partial payment. He said that he would be back within the next couple days to remove the third tree and clean everything up. It has been over 3 weeks since then. We have tried to contact him everyday and he is ignoring our calls and texts. He has not come to do anymore work and has not given us back any of the money that we initially paid him. I regret hiring Kelly and would give 0 stars if I could. Do not hire this person (or if you do, withhold payment until the work is completed.)

Best haul your own firewood place in town.

Bennett tree service placed the out rigger of his crane on the apron of my driveway and squished / smashed down a section of a already cracked apron and made it worse....called him twice. No response. I didn't even use his services my neighbor did!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Amazing to work with, a limb fell on our home they where out there within hours and worked late to remove it off our home. Really friendly and communicative!

Excellent business. They came out for an estimate on a Saturday, followed up the next Monday. We had two massive trees and three very large trees removed. They shaped and trimmed our eight remaining trees and they look outstanding. Clean up was perfect-nothing left behind. We had several truckloads of wood removed expertly . Price was reasonable and exactly as estimated. Highly recommend.

Called them and I had a quote the same day. Their quote was extremely reasonable. They went above and beyond what I had asked of them and their work quality was amazing. I highly recommend this company for all your tree service needs.

Did a great job. They cut down my 2 trees fast and safe, no damage at all and it was fun to watch.

Called to get a quote from them. Someone called back, said he would be there later in the week aaaaand never heard or saw from him again.
I get it if something came up, but no communication is annoying.

Called other tree services Young's Tree Service was the only service to call back the same day. Came out and gave me a fair estimate, gave me a timeline on the work, and finished the job well.

I used Young's Tree Service and was very pleased with the services rendered. Not only did they do an excellent job of cutting down tree limbs blocking the sidewalk but they cleaned the area as well and the cost was affordable.

Thanks to Don and crew for doing a fantastic job removing a large split tree limb hanging over our house. They were theLowest bid, and some others did not return calls or show up!

Called Young's Tree Service, the apparent owner answers the phone, not professionally. I explained to him that I was part of an association board of directors and we are looking for estimates on cutting down roughly 5 trees.

He then tries to explain that he is the ONLY company in the Des Moines area that doesn't use kids to cut down trees. I advised him that I could only meet at 5:00 pm Mon-Friday and also Saturday at anytime. The owner states, I am the guy who cuts down the trees and gets home late in the evening and I don't have time to give estimates so I'm sorry that I can't help and hung up.

This owner is a tool bag and I would not use this service at all.

I would absolutely suggest Young's Tree Services! They are professional, caring, and do an excellent job. These guys went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and explained everything to us. I cannot say enough good things about them. We were scheduled for a day that the weather was going to be bad and they came early and made sure we had the tree removed.

Great experience. Very prompt call back, called and came out same day for estimate. Don gave a fair quote and was able to schedule me for the next day. Very happy with the service, I'll be calling him for future tree work.
