Danny worked with us to get our office carpets cleaned. He was prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job! I signed up to do a quarterly cleaning with them because they are super easy to work with.

Side note, I ran into Danny during a lunch in Ankeny and he asked how the carpets were doing and I had mentioned someone had tracked mud on the freshly cleaned carpets already - obviously not his fault. He literally got into his work van and met me at my office to clean the stained areas as part of my service I signed up for. I can't recommend Danny enough!

First time using Springer and we were very satisfied. We needed an urgent cleaning due to a pool table delivery. We called 5+ Googled company's and had many coupons. Springer worked us in the same day due to the circumstances. Price was equal if not better. The kicker was Bernie, our new carpet guy, he actually had passion and extra work effort.

Wow! The customer service at Springer is AMAZING. KC, Denny, and Bernie are all wonderful, competent, professional. We use the 4x year service that includes FREE pet stain removal whenever we need it (have a puppy) and have enjoyed fewer allergies and house always smells fresh. They clean our area rugs, great price! Tamara (office, scheduler) is totally on top of it, follows up every time and is refreshingly committed to making sure we are happy with the service. Springer is a no-brainer!

Bernie was very nice and professional. He called to let me know he was running a little late. He was only 5-10 minutes late. He went right to work and was done in about an hour. The carpet all through the apartment looks great and smells very nice. I'm very happy with Springer Floor Care!

Springer floor care and the technician Bernie did a fantastic job cleaning my ceramic tile and grout. The floor had not been deep cleaned in a very long time. The grout looks brand new. Bernie did a great job. Highly recommend Springer floor care.

This is my second review for Springer Floor Care. Bernie returned and cleaned carpets in four rooms and a hallway. The carpet is old and continues to be frequently soiled by two elderly cats. Bernie was able to get the stains out and used a new product to make progress on some stains I thought would never be removed. I will definitely use Springer Floor Care again and recommend this company to others.

You can disregard my previous comments below as the owner called me as soon as she saw my review. The tv room was recleaned by a different cleaner and it looks so much better. Also the unupholstered chairs and ottoman were cleaned and the results are beyond my expectations. Thanks to Amanda we can now give a 5 star recommendation. In this case, contacting the owner directly rather than posting a negative review would have been more appropriate.

Cleaner did not arrive with proper equipment for upholstered chairs. Was supposed to call the next day to reschedule that portion of the job. Never heard from him. Owner did no followup. The cleaner was able to get stains from carpet in the tv room but did not do a very good job removing the soil. We have no pets or kids so most carpet was not very soiled and is only 2 years old.

Bernie with Springer Floor Care just returned a large area rug that they cleaned for me . They did a beautiful job! It looks like a brand new rug! I can’t praise Bernie enough as not only did he place the rug for me, he also went the extra mile and helped me place my furniture! Kudos to Bernie and Springer Floor care!

We had Terri's team out to install new carpet and flooring for our remodel and not only did she help us pick out the best flooring for our needs, she was awesome in coordinating the install and follow up afterwards to ensure it was to our satisfaction, which it was! I have also had a throw rug cleaned by them as well and came out amazing as well so recommend them for all flooring needs whether just carpet cleaning or installation of new flooring. I have had Springer Floor Care clean my office carpets at Aspire Academy for 10 years. They always do a fabulous job. Today Danny Morris, did an even more fabulous job than typical. My 8 year old carpet looks brand new. He went the extra mile! Thanks Springer Floor Care for having such awesome employees that are friendly, trustworthy, and take pride in their jobs. When a place has awesome employees, they are doing something right on the backend to keep them happy. Great company to do business with, and great people out in the field doing excellent work. I use their pest services too. This is a very good company.

SERIOUSLY THE BEST!!! I was able to book an appointment through text message. I told them everything I wanted cleaned (after 8 years of NOTHING and pets) and received a price right away. NOT one of those “starts at $159…” and before you know it you’re paying a mortgage for clean carpets. Tech Bernie came out on time and was AMAZING. He was so very knowledgeable, kind and professional- even gave tips for stains later. I felt in very good hands. Came home to brand new carpet- SO SOFT AND CLEAN!! Plus, they have an excellent membership program that I can’t wait to sign up for. No more dirty dog carpets for me! Picture just don’t do it justice. You won’t be disappointed with the service sign up or Bernie!

I am a realtor and use Springer on my personal home. We are signed up for the every other month service with free spot cleaning in between if needed. We have always had great results and with a dog have had to call for those spot cleans a couple of times. Bernie always shows up right away and gets the job done, so when I had an estate that was going on the market that had been well loved and the carpets showed it I knew exactly who to call. They got out to give a quote quickly and then were able to get in for the cleaning the next week. The executor had been told that the carpets were not salvageable, but Bernie got in there and worked his magic! The carpet was salvageable and he got out done set in stains even he was unsure would come out. The price for a 1800 sqft house was under $400!!!! I highly recommend Springer and my favorite carpet man Bernie to anyone who asks! You will not be disappointed with their service!
