We were moving, from out of state, into a new home in Ankeny and called superior carpet cleaning for a quote to clean the carpets. We obtained the quote and scheduled the cleaning service a couple days before we moved in. On the day of the cleaning they called to tell us the amount we needed to pay before they would complete the cleaning service and the amount owed was $150 more than we were originally quoted. It was an extremely frustrating experience.

We have tried other carpet cleaners and Mike is by far the best. His van and equipment are top notch. Pet urine stains, pet vomit stains, and spilled baby oil were no problem for Mike to get out. Don't waste your money on other companies "special rates". Use superior knowing you will be getting the best clean possible.

Mike and Jason were awesome. This was the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. They removed stains and cleaned traffic areas until it matched the rest of my carpet. My 10 year old carpet looks new. Be sure you get the scotch guard protection spray. They even raked it in to work it down into the the carpet fibers. Thanks guys. Jean Mathews

Mike and his crew do an awesome job! Very professional. They take the time to walk through, explain what the recommended process looks like, answer any questions and do all of it in a timely manner. Mike also gave us great advice on tile grout maintenance. We highly recommend them!

We hired Superior Carpet & Upholstery to clean our six year old carpeting. Mike P (owner) performed the work and removed grease, pet stains, and some tough unknown grime from our carpeting. He also cleaned our living room furniture. He was at our house for about 4 hours. I would recommend Superior Carpet & Upholstery to a homeowner who wants a quality job not based on price alone. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of our property. He also wore a mask the entire time he worked at our home Covid 19. He was able to remove stains I didn't think could be removed. Mike worked almost 2 hours on our living room, stairs, hallway and small bedroom. I’ve never had results like this before. And it was either Mike makes it look great or I get new carpet. Good news, my carpet was savable. . I will never clean my own carpet again and will call him every time. I wish I could post before and after pictures because they are amazing

Mike and Superior Carpet do the best job! We had numerous stains from our kiddos and he got them all out! Not to mention he fixed the carpet where our dog had ripped it and it’s like it never happened! Our carpet is back to being fluffy again! I won’t trust another company to clean our carpet. I’ve worked with Superior for years cleaning the carpet at apartment rentals and they’re always dependable and professional as well.
